Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no fresh fruit and no meat options for people who abstain from pork. There needs to be a wider selection of herbal teas. Possible adding a waffle iron would be nice.
The hours for breakfast was good. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Asked for towels to be switched out and only received half of what we needed. Don't think it's fair that Wyndham points do not apply if you book with a third party.
Check in was easy. Room was very clean. Bathroom had a slight mildew smell. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast choices and breakfast timing. 7-10 am would have been idle as in vacation everyone want to sleep in longer. Fresh fruits and yogurt could have been provided at breakfast.

The floor in the room made a cracking noise when walking on it. The bath tub faucet was leaking.
Breakfast was ok. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lamp shades busted up...I understand guests don't take care of rooms. But these should be replaced. Makes room look less desirable. Breakfast ok. Could be better and wasn't stocked as well as it could have been.

It appears that the breakfast items were cut back from the last time we were there. It appears that the food was cut back. In addition, on Sunday there were no danishes at 8:30 am.
The facilities and the room were clean and comfortable.

Just needs some upgrades - wall mounted hand hair dryer sounded like it was grinding metal 😟 Headboards were worn and peeling.

We were pretty upset the pool wasn't accessible and we weren't told until we saw the sign ourselves. The pool was the reason we booked this hotel.
Breakfast was very nice, our room and the facilities were clean.

Way too many dogs all over the place, even in the dining room. Very rude customers that leave their barking dogs alone in the room. LEAVE YOUR DOGS AT HOME!!

When we arrived a few minutes before 3, there was a sign on the lobby desk that said “we will be back shortly.” I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby before anyone showed up. ( As we arrived, it looked like a lot of staff were leaving.). When the desk clerk finally arrived and people were waiting, she commented that we were lucky to check in an hour early. (We have never had a problem checking in an hour early anywhere we have stayed on a Thursday afternoon in Lancaster.). Whether we could check in or not, it is not good to arrive and have no person at the desk to at least welcome you and tell you if there is a wait. Not a good policy….and not a good attitude of this employee!
The breakfast was wonderful and the person in charge was very attentive and friendly. This is a feature that would bring us back again. The location was conveniently and the room was clean and comfortable.

I can't think of anything we didn't like..... We were quite happy. It was nice to have a little breakfast before we headed out to our next stop.
Upon entering I was impressed by how beautifully the area was decorated for the season. It looked so welcoming. It was so nice to follow this up with a personable experience checking in. The room was clean & comfortable and we had a nice evening out knowing we were coming back to a comfy room.
