Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur key cards would hardly open the doors. We had to try several times before it would unlock. Twice we had to go down to front desk and finally got a different key, but it had problems. We hated leaving the room not knowing if we would get back in. There were no restaurants or stores near by and the hotel had very limited snacks and drinks. A shuttle to nearby restaurants would be nice. And a selection of drinks and snacks if you aren't going to give rides. I have never felt so isolated when staying in a hotel.

United Statesonly one sit down restaurant available within walking distance. The hotel was not worth the price. I took a shower with lukewarm water and the towel rack that was falling off the wall. There were no outlets for USB. they could have easily added a strip of USB ports on the desk. Overall the room looked worn.
