So, the TV stations would stop at will in the middle of a program, so we tried another station and it would do the same thing. We would have liked to be able to sit outside n read, but the only place to do that was the pool area that was still closed. It was a nice day, and we would have enjoyed the weather. One worker said we could drag out chairs out onto the walkway to sit outside. Our door to our room was warped and difficult to open and close. We thought we had closed it when we went next door to lunch, and found it open when we came back. It had stuck and we didn't get it closed all the way. Just needs some work. When we arrived at the airport, we called for the shuttle and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We had my 86 year old mother with us, and she couldn't stand for that long, so had to call an uber. When we checked in and inquired about the shuttle for the next morning to the airport, we were told the time we needed was full. We talked awhile longer and mentioned the main reason for booking this hotel was for the shuttle. After some cajoling, they were able to get an extra van, so we all could fit and make our flights. We were sad to not enjoy the breakfast provided, but our flight was at 8 am, and we had to leave on the 6 AM shuttle.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They had the room cooled for us before we arrived, so it was very nice. It was close to fast food and other restaurants that we could easily walk to. The staff was mostly very helpful.

The lobby and breakfast area was very small and cramped. The breakfast food offerings were very poor. They only offered carbohydrates and lots of sugary stuff. No protein at all and very little fruit.

The room was large and there was an elevator to use, not just stairs.

I didn't like that there weren't eggs every morning. There were small baby roaches in the room, and the toilet wouldn't carry everything down when flushed. Had to flush 2/3 times.

Breakfast was just ok. Location was ok too. There was a African American guy on crutches at the ffront desk when we checked in who was very concerned about my mum who is handicapped. Also Nancy's thoughtfulness made our stay more memorable.

Price was high for the motel as it was the weekend.

Limited breakfast variety, rather basic. Just stayed overnight before checking out and boarding a cruise liner. Was given a room on the second floor at the very back of the motel and had to drag all my luggage all the way round and up.

Room had a weird smell, kinda like cleaning products but also like a pool smell. Also 2 mins away from a prison.. and getting out of the drive way is horrible. Traffic coming in both directions. The laundry rooms smelt like cigarettes

Room was clean, bed was comfortable breakfast was alright. They had a pool but it was closed.

We had to wait on them for almost two hour to pick us up from the airport. We called them a few times and every time we called they said the guy was leaving in a few minutes.

The hotel was close to the port so it was easy to get to our ship.

It wasn't cleaned very well my son found condom wrappers behind the bedside table and it was just tied looking nobody spoke English in all the take out restaurants like MC Donald s subway ect breakfast was in the reception and very busy there was nowhere to sit

The staff at the front desk on the day I arrived were awful. Very unfriendly. Not smiling or welcoming. They acted like they were doing me a favor instead of welcoming me as a paying customer. The breakfast wasn't great. Only one source of protein. Some hard-boiled eggs and cheese sticks would be a great addition. Also, Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery are horrible. Paper plates and wood cutlery are so much better for the environment.

The location was good. Not too far from the airport. It was nice to get to the hotel quickly after a long day of traveling.

There is nothing else to do in the area. We had a full day to spend before a cruise that we were going on the following morning. We just sat in the hotel room because there wasn’t much to do in the area.

Large room with a king sized bed and all required amenities for a layover. Good airport shuttle service.

The only complaint was our room door stuck. We had to push it open with our shoulder.

The room was nice, clean and we loved the pillows. Staff was very helpful when we asked questions.

the crowded area to have breakfast just not possible. wasnt a lot to dislike it was a place to sleep one nite before cruise . clean and bug free ,.

beds were comfortable clean .had a nice pool but we didnt have time for it as only stay 1 nite to go to cruise in morning,there are a few places to eat close by it has breakfast included but the crowd was crazy so we didnt partake so dont know how good breakfast was
