Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Last night, the AC was changed to automatic every time its turn off and kick off an then on. Very unpleased. And that we have to wake up early.

At first we were given a room which was not made, totally unclean. When we contacted the reception, they immediately changed it which was good. But it seems that their internal communication was not clear.
Breakfast was quite good, The property offers transport to port, which is cheaper than Taxi. Overall the hotel is basic but highly recommended for overnight stays to connect to airport

I waited around 15-20 minutes when I arrived for someone to come to the front desk. The breakfast was so busy and poorly ran, the juice was out, waffle mix was out and it the plates were just in the wrong area.
The room was clean and comfortable. And the location was Close to the airport and the port to make it easy access. The grounds were pretty.

The room was dusty as if it had not been cleaned before we checked in and, although we mentioned that a 10 year old was staying in the room as well we did not find extra sheets for the sofabed nor was the sofabed readily made for the stay. When I called to ask for sheets I had to go down myself to get them. Bit dissapointing for paying $160 a night.
We've stayed here before covid quite a few times. Although the price has increased tremendously we choose to stay here again. The rooms have been beautifully upgraded and the breakfast has more items now which is awesome.

Internet access in the rooms was abysmal. No internet connectivity whatsoever, even though they advertised free internet. That was bad enough but when I raised my concerns I was given "that's the way it is" reply. When I asked to see the manager, he was suddenly not in his office, even though I had seen him around shortly before. If you need internet access in your room, don't stay at this facility.

Nothing to complain about.
Hotel was convenient for a late flight into Miami for a Cruise the following day. Staff was very nice, especially at Check in. Breakfast was good and while we did not get to use the pool. It was a good size and had nice seating. All hotel pricing has gone through the roof, this was a decent priced option and fit our needs. They provided a paid shuttle to the Cruise port. Was a bus actually. Worth the cost.

The bed was really hard and it was a full size. The elevators were VERY slow. It was extremely hot everywhere and took several hours to cool our room down.

The night we come back, we really appreciate the early check in but the room were not the nicest one. In one room, the wifi was not accessible and there was some flies and in the other room, the air conditioning was not working and a dog was there before us...
We rent this hotel to sleep to get on a cruise and after the cruise. The night before was ok. We arrive late and we were missing the sheet for the sofabed but we make it work. Breakfast was good and the transfert to the port was nice but overprice a little (5X15 = 75 USD when the uber to come back was 50$ USD) Overall, it serve our purpose and it was pleasant to be there.

Breakfast was chaos because services did not (could not?) keep up with the demands of a high occupancy (i.e., food ran short). Room not made up on 3/3 because housekeeping person didn't speak enough English to understand (what I said to her was "when you are ready to clean the room, I will go out"; what I think she understood was "wait for me to go out before you clean"). There seemed to be only one elevator, and it was slow operating; so I think there should have been one more elevator at least
Bed was comfortable. AC worked well on our stay. Hot tub worked well and was appreciated. Good restaurants within walking distance. It looked like an effort was being made to keep up with maintenance needs (painting, condition of equipment, etc). Desk person "Shirley" was particularly helpful despite a lot of activity going on.
