To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaI gave you a review on other website dirty filthy rug very poor that we had to have that when room itself was very nice. .Internet was also down and rates went from 89 to 126 to O 150
Closenrss to airport loved the shuttle advertised one price and then upon leaving. In a rush for airport charged another price 50 higher ..Rug was absolutely filthy some roo me s were being redone with laminate and we got a rug with horrible rug ?????

United States of AmericaRooms are dark and door wasn’t very secure. A lot of noise with people hanging around at night in the parking area made us feel a little unsafe. Rooms were clean but we did a few fruit flies in the room.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were probably the best part of our stay.

United States of AmericaI asked for a 430 am shuttle to the airport and I was put on the 530 one instead..Good thing I have Uber or I would have missed my flight. The main reason I picked this hotel was they had a free airport shuttle and I ended up having to pay for an Uber anyway..
