We stayed here 3x in the last 10 years. The rooms/hotel in general need some TLC. A paint job, good deep cleaning, electrical fixtures fixed/replaced. The beds are super hard and need updating. Our toilet was tipsy and needed to be tightened down. Hot tub was not working.

Great location, close to everything. If you are going to this hotel for the beach life, this is perfect! They do a great job in keeping the beauty of the pool/beach area nice and fixed up.

Location advertised a continental breakfast. Actual breakfast was coffee muffins and one day orange juice. Location would benefit by adding a toaster some bread with butter for toasting and some jams bagels milk cereal to make it a true continental breakfast.

If you're looking to stay at the beach but away from the commercial environment this is the place to be.

Hot tub was broken. Pool was dirty. Can't use pool or hot tub after dusk.. these are the reasons I stayed here cuz it used to be really nice in the past but the place has gone downhill. Couldn't use any of the features that I came here for. No more fire pits at night and they're just not keeping up with the maintenance of the place

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly & helpful. The 2nd shift gentleman, not so much. The website states the pool is heated, the pool is NOT heated. The spa was heated. However, the jets do NOT work.

The room was not great there was unpainted walls and a tv on top of a not working tv that I hinge that could’ve been taken care of before we checked in and room service coming into our room with us still there without announcing they were coming in did not like that at all

had to park across the street as there was no parking available in the lot, their parking lot does not hold enough cars for the amount of rooms on site. Paint bubbling off the wall, looks as if room was recently renovated yet very cheaply.

Hot tub/jacuzzi is not working. Front desk guy came out to look at it and called someone (owner I presume). They asked if it was hot and when he told them yes then they tried to convince he and I that is was working and fully functional (that a jacuzzi is only supposed to be hot. They could not, or would not, answer what the jets are to do). The jets and timer do not work, only the hot water input. He did not appear to know what the jets were supposed to do, but one would assume the person on the other end of the phone would. Hot tub/jacuzzi was a main feature we were looking for after a long day of driving. Key cards/lock on our door did not work properly. After multiple trips back down to the front desk, the gentleman called someone (owner maybe?). We had to insert and remove it multiple times, each time. Sometimes it would work. Other times it took eternity to open the door. We asked for another room, not wanting to fight with door each time we tried to come in. We were told the only rooms available would cost more. Room is advertised with a kitchen, but there are no utensils or dishes. Front desk will give you some utensils if you ask. You just have to be patient using the key card to get back in your room. Hotel has a no refund/ no cancellation policy, so once they have your money you are stuck with what you get.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Super nice and attentive to the best of their ability/ authority. Room, grounds, lobby were clean. Room was comfortable and quiet. Property is located on the beach. Not many restaurant options etc within short walking distance, however that results in a quieter location with a less crowded beach. The quiet was appreciated. Parking was easy, free and onsite. A bit cramped but not a problem.

The toilet banged loudly when you flushed, the sink had no pressure, the light fixture was crooked, the walls had drywall patches unfinished, bloody towel in parking lot by the car

The building is somehow old. but the common areas were in good condition, the elevator works.

The room was clean, big, has two beds and I did not expect to have a refrigerator, microwave and sink. I like the pool area. The personal was nice and attentive. The location was great.

The beds / mattresses were absolutely terrible. The linens were extremely cheap. The furniture was cheap particleboard, and pretty beat up.  they advertise continental breakfast, but what they provided was barely breakfast. 

This was a great location. Very convenient to Daytona activities. Beach was great.
