Honestly the food wasn't great. For lunch and dinner the options were limited to really overpriced good food or not-that-great food that was affordable. An extra restaurant would be great

Room was a little dated. Toiletries were not high end. Our fridge was not initially working.

Pool and resort area is fabulous. You can bring your own drinks to the other pools not infront of the main hotel. But would need a car for groceries or door dash. Bed very comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Breakfast is realy good but a bit expensive can ask for take away ice coffee at end of Breakfast. Fridge in room. Ask for a room with a view, we had a view of the parking garage. The resort games: mini golf, cornhole etc are fun. Make sure to get the activities schedule when you check in.

Asked for a higher floor room on booking in Jan, which hotel had said they would try to facilitate. Only room available on arrival on a higher floor did not have a king bed or balcony ( Queen room) so we kept the room we were allocated but it was disappointing as the views are amazing on the higher floors ( had stayed previously)

Excellent location and good range of facilities with multiple pools, lazy rivers, entertainment and gym.All staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants good . Buffet breakfast good ,Heather was very welcoming and a fantastic server.

Paying for parking on top of paying the resort fee really adds up. $34 to self-park at a resort you're already paying to stay at... That's very rare in Orlando. Hot water took a while to kick in in the morning. Had to run the shower for several minutes and then it was lava hot.

Perfect location - even though it isn't a Disney resort, it's within the property so getting to the park took 10 minutes and there was no traffic to worry about. We were able to check in early (2pm) and take advantage of the pools. Lots of kids, but that's Disney... There's happy hour at the BB pool bar that makes drinks reasonably priced. Food and drinks were decent, nothing to write home about but no complaints. Loved being able to float in the lazy river with a drink! We were upgraded to a larger room, everything in the room was great. Comfy beds! Had a great view of the pools and property below. We didn't use them but saw several families grilling. Big stainless steel grills in a patio area - what a smart way to feed your family inexpensively! Definitely worth swinging by the grocery store first.

The checking in agent at the front desk was rude and then created some trouble for us the rest of the stay. While we were waiting in line, they were attending someone else, when it came our turn they walked away. Not a “I’ll be right back” or “excuse me” nothing. Then eventually they came back and they were in a rush and pretty much trying to get rid of us. Then I am still not sure what they did to our account but we then had issues charging things to our room. Couldn’t get in and out of the garage. I believe their name was Quency. But the experience with them does not take away from the rest of the staff that was very kind. Hadley was very kind and tried to resolve our issues with our account. Also Sandy who greeted us at the restaurant was very sweet and Heather our server was amazing. To them I am very grateful and will most likely be coming back to stay at the resort.

The fact that we have to stay and sleep in the cold for the first night. We came in wet from the rain, the machine gave only cold, not warm. Next day they sent someone, but no compensation of whatsoever. I was really not amused. Teo days later the room was not made. No biggy, but you want a clean room after a day of strolling.

Very good breakfast, the service there is so nice, they make you feel very welcome. Good variety of food, tasty coffie.

I loved the pool, and the discount on parking that made me happy. The fact that they had someone checking in after 1 am and coming in after a long tiring flight.

Looks like we don’t have early access to the parks and issues with lighting lanes (Only for Disney hotels) it’s ok. But this unfortunately affects us during our trips to the park. NOT HOTEL FAULT, but Disney shouldn’t penalize us for selecting you as our hotel.

We were told we had a view of the golf course at check in. When we got to the room, it was a view of the massive ACs that. We had to pay (of course) to get a better view, which they wouldn’t let us see beforehand. Got to the new room and it was next to ACs again Key fob fell off the door as soon as we arrived, and very noisy on the balcony fro the ac lose. Food was expensive. To get a it of the kids daily activities, you have to walk to tower 6 instead of just grabbing it from the lobby. Then you find out that the activities are in club Wyndham on the other side

It was very very clean. There were good restaurant options if you didn’t want to go off site. View of Disney fireworks (if you paid for the upgrade) Loved the lazy river and grounds once we found our way around. Over the fish, turtles in the lake.

Choices for dining at the property are a little limited. Price point for breakfast was very high.

I love a good lazy river pool, and this one was very good; would have been excellent if not as many kids walking through and splashing. Loved the lake in the center of the property, and ability to walk around the lake.

Beautiful hotel! Property located on Disney grounds. Pools and facilities-great. Restaurant, delicious fish tacos and wait staff - wonderful. I wish I knew our waiters name he was great! Definitely plan to stay here again.

I felt that we paid a luxury site price to be on the property but felt the pool bars were excessively priced and I didn't realize the 1st day that the charge included gratuity so I doubled the gratuity without knowing.

I took my girls over for a spring break getaway and the facility is awesome from the restaurants to the outdoor amenities We stayed 3days and 2nights and the really enjoyed the lazy rivers and feeding the large Koi fish

Love all the pools and amenities. Pool bathroom that was shared by the outdoor restaurant smelled like backed up sewage and was impossible to keep clean. Everything else was immaculate, but the pool bathroom in the Grand was by far the worst one in all the Wyndham properties and pools. Didn’t want to use it when I was poolside and especially didn’t want to when I was dining in the restaurant in real clothing etc. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for over 9 days and although the towels were changed each day and beds made, the room was never vacuumed. The carpet only got dirtier with the hair/ crumbs from food which was very noticeable but not cleaned. I think house keeping is the only thing I will mark this hotel down on.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are many shuttle services to the Disney parks which were very convenient. The bus drivers were very knowledgeable and helpful. Special mention to the Breakfast staff namely Debra, Gema, Sandy and 2 the cooks. They were super amazing.

Quiet, clean, great location for college touring! Gentleman that checked us in was a 10 out of 10! (Caleeth? Spelling?) very friendly staff. Breakfast was top notch!
