Design is a little outdated, all and all a little pricey.

Friendly staff, great location. We enjoyed the coffee/ hot chocolate in the lobby and the pool!

The only thing that was less than stellar was that the bathrooms were way too small. This is an area where this facility could use some improvements. The check in could be a little confusing as you check in at High Peaks Resort. If you are not familiar with the area you may not know that.

The Lake House is in the perfect location. Close to town and everything it has to offer. Everything was within a shot walk. The view was probably the best thing. You are able to view the lake, mountains and from the room I had, all the way down Main Street. The staff was very welcoming and willing to answer any questions you may have.

After taxes and fees, a two night stay ended up reaching over $600, which was a lot of money. I understand it’s on the lake, has a pool, etc, but it was just a little steep.

The amenities were great-coffee in the morning, paddle boat access. One of the staff members texted me after I checked in to see if I needed anything, which I appreciated.

The bar in the lake house was not open and the common area over there was an after thought it seemed.

Beautiful situated at with gorgeous views of Mirror Lake. Located near restaurants and shopping. Each room had a Lavazza coffee machine which was a good perk.

The Lake House pool & hot tub area was closed. A real hassle to walk over in bathing suit to the other indoor pool.

Room on first floor damp feeling after a lot of rain. Bathroom small. No bar open in the hotel. Had to go across to sister resort.

Its older and a bit worn. Not a huge issue. I hate the old "cable tv" with the antique "adult" channels, just seemed so 80's ...

Staff, Susanne at the front desk made it wonderful, so helpful, so happy. Location was spot on, could not be better.

Facility is old and is the main problem there. Our room was for travelers with pets and no one have ask if we are okay with this, we may have allergy.

The only thing we are a little disappointed with is the ceiling of our bathroom is mild leaking... Other than that, everything met and exceeded our expectations.

We really loved the room's interior design, decoration, and all wooden furniture. The lake view is amazingly beautiful, and the location is really close to all the shops and restaurants, which is very convenient.

Room was on the smaller side for 4 people. Bathroom was also small, and had no ventilation fan. Air conditioning unit did not function consistently.

Breakfast at the dancing bears was very good. Town, shopping and restaurants were in walking distance. Sight seeing options were just a quick drive away.

I didn’t like that there was no breakfast included and also that the bar in our hotel wasn’t open. the indoor pools were horrible and look like they need some work and better ventilation-we could barley breath in there and our eyes were burning.

The Lake House was good . Staff is great. Receptionists was polite and helpful. In the restaurant we expected more food options. Service was great. The pool and the hot tub made our stay better since was a rainy night …

I loved that the room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. I also appreciated a decent-sized refrigerator and table to eat on, because we were eating in due to covid. We loved the bar/game room, and can't forget the dog-friendly atmosphere, which was awesome!
