Room was fantastic, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Abou and Narh at the concierge desk were super helpful and great with directions and guidance for making the best of our stay. Wallace at the egg station, Anna K and the entire team in the Langham Club made us feel so welcome.

Due to business plan changes, we had to stay the first two days earlier at another top-end hotel. After transferring to The Langham for the next 4 days, we could experience the real 5* in NYC: excellent and genuine service, room size and quality, and great breakfast at the executive lounge.

Well the property itself needs a bit of an upgrade. I feel at the moment it's important Langham stays ahead of the competition. The wood panels on the wall are quite nice but this needs to be complimented with better lighting. The room we stayed in felt a little dark. It would also be a good addition to have USB-C ports.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze and I was especially pleased with the doormen whom went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. Loved the washer/dryer in our room, Miele brand which was very quiet even on the spin cycle. Our stay was only for a night (less than 12 hours) and we did not have any food at the property. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were all extremely clean and crisp! Definitely a property worth a longer visit.

The UN was using the hotel so the lifts were very very slow. The view was OK but not brilliant.

After I requested two changes of room the third one was good. Nice size, quiet and good facilities.

The location isn’t ideal. It’s not in a distinctive walkable neighborhood, there are a few things to do nearby but one needs to take a car service or the subway to do almost anything. Fifth avenue …especially this section…is just not that appealing.

Very spacious rooms. My second time staying. I got upgraded when I checked in to a club level accommodation which was a surprise. Service is very attentive and quick. The food was excellent. Security at the hotel was excellent

The team at The Langham NYC ensures you feel right at home. During my second visit, Na instantly recognized my husband and me, welcoming us with a warm greeting. At check-in, the receptionist accessed my preferences and kindly offered an upgrade, a thoughtful gesture. Our room, boasting a view of the Empire State Building and 5th Avenue, was spacious and contemporary. Since it was my husband's birthday, Na went above and beyond, providing a card, champagne, and macaroons, adding the perfect finishing touch to our brief yet unforgettable stay. The breakfast available was not massively family friendly in comparison to other hotels (in terms of dress code and food on offer). However, there were so many places that you could breakfast in the midtown area that this was not a major issue.

The room was massive and had a generous dressing room area and huge bathroom. The location in midtown is fabulous as everything can be accessed easily either by walking, subway or ubers.
