Frame on the top of the window in the room was missing. Looks like there was a water leak problem. There was also a lack of hot water in the shower. Luke warm at best.

Definitely a point less on the evaluation was the icecube machine, for public use, next to our door. Very bad position when you try to sleep listening to rattling ice cubes. Breakfast was middling since not enough room for all the guests and totally tasteless juices, too much watered down and you had to really queue for the waffle machine. A second machine wouldn't go amiss.

Nice bedroom and good beds and shower. Reception was a bit hurried and short spoken by a man but the new reception lady, who had just started a new job, was very gentle.

On the downside, I was a bit disappointed by the very limited breakfast options available at the hotel, and the bed was not comfy enough.

There were several aspects that I found particularly appealing. Firstly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which significantly enhanced the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the availability of free parking was a pleasant surprise. Moreover, the hotel offered excellent value for money, especially for those looking for a convenient and affordable option for a short stay in the city.

There were problems with the heating/cooling system. I had to get help to turn it on - something I never would have been able to figure out on my own. There were plumbing issues: flushing was not powerful enough and on the second day the toilet overflowed and I had to be moved to another room. In my friend's room: the desk chair was falling apart and she lost power at least twice to her refrigerator and desk light. We needed to call for assistance with all of these things. It was frustrating to us. In the morning the cleaning staff was very loud, yelling to each other through the halls and playing music very loud. It did not make for a restful or peaceful environment.

The person at the desk was very polite and attentive to problems we encountered during our stay. The facility was very clean.

The front desk staff had a very hard time to get anything done. The rooms were having constant problems with the remote controls. The gentleman at the breakfast bar. If it was an hour before closing would not get you anything if it had run out unless you asked for it and there were still tons of people waiting for breakfast I asked for the information for the corporate office was given it tried to call it emailed it. There were no responses. We had stayed at this property the year before with a different Fronter staff, and it was a whole different experience that was much more positive. The housekeeping staff was still very good very responsive. There were little things in the rooms that needed repair i.e. the doors on the closets needed pins that they were off the track. The property were showing where in tear and they were small repairs that could’ve been done very easily.

We love the location of the property and it was pretty clean. The housekeeping staff was great. The front desk staff was fair if you asked for something there was no can-do attitude.

Facility is old and showing wear & tear. The room was dirty and outside the backdoor the garbage was strewn around the parking lot. This is my major complaint.

We needed a bar of soap for the bathroom and none was available. Trying to squeeze bodywash out of that little bottle every time you wash your hands was frustrating.

The breakfast room location was perfect--right off the lobby. Hot food and coffee were much appreciated. Plenty of tables. The bed was so comfortable. We want to get a Beautyrest mattress just like that!

While it appears partially revovated, there was mold growing on the underside of handicapped seat in tub. It appeared as if they painted over mold and it is showing through paint in shower ceiling. Shower has a drain in the middle but shower floor slopes just enough for the water to not drain properly and instead runs down under the sink. Perhaps installing a small lip where the shower and lament flooring meet might help this problem. Carpet in room looked outdated and in need of a good cleaning. Freezer in refrigerator looked like it hadn't been defrosted in more months. It had a good coating of ice built up. Light was out in half of the parking lot. The beds were comfortable and the tv and wifi worked. Room was large enough but lacked a closet area or luggage rack. Iron and ironing board were in the corner of the room with iron on the floor. Breakfast could be better. It is not what most people expect from a Wyndham hotel.

Bathroom is very small. Apparently has been redone but there is no place for shampoo or soap in the shower. Not always someone available at the front desk.

Close to Brimfield Antique show. Breakfast is included as is bottled water. Room was clean and had an adequate size refrigerator.
