Switched rooms and left an item of value behind, when I asked the front desk just a couple hours later they didn’t seem to concerned or offer any assistance.

Both of the things I liked about the Hotel I also disliked a bit. It was clean and comfortable but lacks personality. Loved the free laundry facilities but very inconvenient having to ask the front desk to open the door each time you need to go in to check or switch your laundry. The young lady who was working the front desk during the day was a gem. Very good at her job and other hotel staff could learn a lot from her when it comes to great customer service.

Baths not hot or dull. Noisy guests.

Almost every night I stated, there were people screaming and acting up at very late hours. It is what it is sometimes. Not in a bad area but anywhere with bus access is. Water could be hotter and there could be more before going cold. I'm being picky. I would gladly stay there again.

Furniture in room was a little dated. Could never get the tv remote to work. Reported to the office but no solution was offered.

Wonderful staff. Cleanliness of rooms. Decor. Good appliances and kitchen equipment. Adequate offerings for breakfast. Towels in the bathroom were so soft & clean. Plenty of parking.

It was very odd that the bathroom did not have a fan. There was no trash can in the bathroom. These are my only complaints about our stay.

The breakfast was great and delicious. The dining area was nice and clean. The room had a full kitchen, which was a nice surprise. With the full kitchen also cam plates, cups and silverware, which was cool. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check out time is great at noon, we didn't feel rushed out like other hotels.

The furniture was older and clearly worn. If you are someone who needs trendy furniture, this would not be to your liking. I had stayed before and brought extra pillows to use on the sofa so with that we were totally comfortable.

Design of the room, having a separate sleeping area with a door that closes is not usually found. Also really appreciated a full sized refrigerator, and kitchenette. It also was very quiet.

there was garbage left in the room from the previous person and pots of food left in the fridge. the mattress sheet was too small and kept coming off

Not really close to any stores. NO PLACE for smokers outside and frozen my butt off in the evening trying to have a cigar outside. TVs in the room where good but not Smart TVs but we travel with rokus so no too big a deal. But this would not deter me from booking them again in the future.

The rooms were amazing, very large and clean. Ice makers in the freezer. Like a private 1 bed room apartment. Breakfast was very good as well.

The price has gone up from a few years ago when the quality hasn't. they used to discount their rate on the weekends as they are a business travel week type hotel. I don't want to say their quality went down, but they are not the bright shiny new hotel anymore. They were not signs of massive wear and tear. but it was not shiny new anymore.

It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a kitchenette. the room was clean, and in good working order. the l shape desk is nice to work t and/or use to put stuff. The spacious rooms and L-shape desk are the reasons I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last several years. The Breakfast was more than muffins, bananas, and cereal. Had a layout of eggs, sausage, and pancakes. Was decent for still cheap hotel breakfast quality. This coming from a US Army Combat Veteran.

Some slight moisture mold on ceiling in bathroom. Remote to tv was garbage! Bed was quite firm. Lumpy/thin pillows.
