This property exceeded my expectations.

First the frontdesk staff was welcoming and inviting, so I'll start there. The pillows are soft, the room was large and had french doors, which completely closed off the office space in the room. Perfect set up! Also, I needed a half day rate to extend my stay to conduct an online meeting. The front staff and manager accommodated me and later when I went to pay, they comp the charge! This gained by loyalty and the reason why I will come back, as the level of SERVICE was excellent. This was truly a Marriott Experience~

The room looked a bit dated. Stain on bathroom tub. If you take the Monorail be prepared to walk for a bit. It's not exactly right off the station platform.

Excellent breakfast - there's little bit of everything and you can even order omlettes. I paid $70 for a breakfast at the Bellagio and this breakfast was way way better. Great location that is walkable from the strip. Room was larger than expected.

Before arrival I kindly asked many times for Sphere view and when I arrived I didn't get it. Prices are high.

Staff was very nice and friendly, really liked them. Parking was very nice, right next to the hotel. Location of the hotel is very good, close to everything. It was quiet and beds were very nice.

Water pressure for the shower and sink weren't as strong as I'd expected. Even other places that are low budget had better pressure. Also! Why is the sink not in the same area as the toilet? And if you know that there's gonna be four guests in one room, then stock enough towels for them please.

Literally across from the west wing of the the LV Convention Centre. You can go across the street and then walk through if your event is in the north or south wing.

I booked the hotel for 4 ppl including breakfast. upon arrival at the reception I was told for sure I dont have breakfast. But as I had a confirmation we went for breakfast next day and turned out that is only for 2 ppl with special rate and the other two had to oay 40per person. It was not listed anywhere and weird but in Vegas akways happens such things… I dont think they treat customers in a fair way there and this will be my reason not going back again.

Breakfast a bit pricey, parking not free.

Location was great and easy to find. Very large room with fast internet. Room was slightly dated but did the job and considering the location and pricing, couldn’t really complain much. Kids received lovely welcome present upon arrival.

We only slept there . We checked in early ,which was nice 👍 left to the lovers and friends concert from 12pm to 12am. We ordered pizza around 1am and had a great sleep 😴 clean roomy would go there again .

However, the parking fee of 20 dollars a day is the biggest disadvantage, which can be 5 dollars a day. In addition, the sound insulation is not ideal, and the noise in the next room at night is very clear.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk is friendly.

The room was clean, but wished a few improvements. The towels had streaks when used. Wished a few extra bathroom tissue - got it from the maid & receptionist, no issue. Every staff was friendly but we wished the breakfast server to be kind to customers. It was our first time dining in at Cafe 325 so we were unaware of the menu. Wish the server explained to her throughly. We just began eating, but the server left check on our table after 5 minutes we’ve got our foods. A tall male server with glasses. We were not late for the breakfast, either. Wish that experience was more attentive.

The front desk receptionists were super friendly. We didn’t get her name, but a tall blonde lady worked at night was a down to earth human being. Appreciate her kindness and personality! Elevator standby at lobby was convenient. Fridge was for the guests to use fully unlike those other hotels that charge customers hidden fees with fully filled refrigerator. Microwave, coffee machine on site was on point!
