The elevator was broken. The stairs were not pleasant. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. The gym had little equipment and the bike was broken. There was no blackout curtains.

The room was old, blood stain on couch, toilet was crooked because the bathroom was so small it barely fit, the sink was stained, the bath tub was old, the curtains would not close completely we had to put things in the front to keep them shut, the pillows were not even standard pillow size they were very small, the hallways smelled like pure cigarette. Not a good experience. Booking.com says it has breakfast included and when I got their the lady says they don't offer breakfast. Very disappointing.

It was not clean, dead bolt lock on the room door was broken. The hallways were dirty.

It was a good locations for where I needed to be. Also allowed dogs which is great when I am traveling with my dog.

It was located close to a ton of different things.

The staff was very courteous, and did their best to make you feel comfortable. The place is just so old and rundown that it was a shock to walk into a room that look like mud had been thrown all over the walls. The bed slid off the frame every night. The windows leaked water when it rained. And the pool had been closed for years yet there was a sign up, saying it was closed for construction.

There was NO breakfast as advertised on the web site. The pool was non-functional/closed. The whole interior of the building is rundown and actually depressing.

The AC worked great, the bed was quite comfortable, the room was old and tired but clean. The location was good for us. The person at the front desk was helpful, kinda pleasant and overworked. Plenty of convenient parking.

Pool was closed. People at front desk were not very friendly. Room was on 5th floor where the hall was only half carpeted. Room was small. When it rained the window leaked, the desk clerk gave me a towel to put on sill and that was it! The bed was not comfortable. No one asked if we needed anything cause the room was not cleaned the entire time we were there, I cleaned the toilet myself. Will not stay there again and I told a friend who was going to visit the area to stay somewhere else.

Only the one desk clerk, her name was Niki. She was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was dirty and run down. None of the facilities were open and the location was farther away than we anticipated. Area is a bit sketchy especially at night.

It was in a very sketchy area, the workers at the front desk were very weird. One wasn’t even a worker and was behind the counter with the employee. Felt very uncomfortable and unable to sleep. Had to walk across a strange corridor outside and the other door was bolted shut out and cemented

the room had a stale smell to it, the toilet paper holder broke from the wall the shower was not well kept it looked like it was just patched not enough towels the mattresses were sunked in not comfortable at all. I booked two rooms, and they were way far apart, I didn't like that i needed to be closer to my family.

Friends had a room went up6:30 pm and was either not cleaned or double booked. Came down to desk and was informed had to wait till he checked everyone in. They kept coming. 90 minutes later after standing in line and again informed this although already paid and finally called manager who refused to talk to us and he told us to stop harassing him and being rude he was following policy which he repeated continually. They finally asked for refund and had to hunt somewhere else to stay after having and guaranteed a room. Great job people. Will never stay there again

On friday night after arriving, we asked for a fresh clean towel and received one with a big yellow/orange stain on it. When we got to our room there were frosting like stains all over the headboard, blood stains on the mattress cover, layers of dirt/dust on tables, hardly any toilet paper, holes in the walls that were hardly covered up by outlet covers.

It was worth what we paid for. We only were there to sleep, but overall the experience was just okay.

confused reservation- initially gave my brother and me a room with one queen bed, took receptionist ages to figure out the issue and find a room with two beds. The bathroom sink had on running water, had to wash hands in tub. Light bulb flickered, needed changing. TV mysteriously turned on by itself in the middle of the night when we were asleep, was LOUD and freaked us out. Then the remote control did not work so we could not turn it off and had to pull the plug out to stop it. room faced main road, noisy at times.
