The attitude of the next day's front desk clerk. Breakfast was ok for a Super 8... And we did have kids running up and down the hallway for an hour that night.

The room was clean. We just had issues getting in. The door was never fully unlocked. The first front desk lady was nice about it but the morning lady seemed annoyed. I used to work at a hotel and I know how things happen sometimes.

Should have lower mattress or roll away for short or senior people. My mother had difficulty getting onto tbe mattress.

Difficult to find at night had to call front desk to aid in driving to location.

The carpet was dirty. Bathroom was not clean. The floor had splotches and very sticky with stuff on the floor. The base of the toilet was disgusting. Had to wear shoes the whole time. There was soap and hair sruck in the tub. Only had 1 dirty face cloth and 1 face towel.

Room was a nice size. We were on the main floor, which was nice. Large TV. The pillows were actually nice. The bed was clean. The towels we had were nice and fluffy.

On the second day we decided to stay one more night and the lady that was at the desk was rude on the phone with me and rude to my daughter who is mentally handicapped and she is 16 years old. First she told me that in order for us to book another night it was going to cost $142 with tax for 2 people, I paid $119 the previous day for 3 people, (btw the room was 2 queen bed room both times), all the while that I'm on the phone with this lady she has an attitude with me which makes me get defensive but I'm trying to keep my cool. Also the keys needed to be reprogrammed. One worked great the other one kept having to be reprogrammed for whatever reason I don't know why. Every time my daughter went up to the desk to let the lady, (she had blonde hair) this was on Wednesday morning on June 28th, she got an attitude with my daughter and my daughter told me about it and she, my daughter told me that she made her feel like she thought she was dumb or something because the lady at the desk asked my daughter if she was using it on the right door. My daughter told her our room number (which was 108) my daughter didn't say what the lady said but I guess she reprogrammed the key again and my daughter still couldn't get into the room, So I had to open the door for her. Also from what my daughter told me this lady knows my daughter from the Soup Kitchen and the City of Refuge. I don't know if she has something against my daughter or what that is very unprofessional and very much inappropriate and could be considered discriminatory against my daughter and or me and I very much don't appreciate it. I know I talked to Amanda on June 29th around 5pm. I'm just writing this so you guys have a record of it in case you need it. Thank you and I hope to see you guys soon.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the gentleman that checked us in on June 27th and out on June 29th was great, it was the same gentleman. We stayed for two nights.

Upon check-in around 11 pm, Tanya the receptionist didn’t know where our room was and appeared to show no interest in helping us find it. She also handed me a receipt I was expected to sign but said nothing. It wasn’t until a moment later I realized I was to sign but she sat there silently. The continental breakfast is in need of use some attention. The building could use some updates and general cleaning.
