While the condo had a nice layout and sufficient space, the decor was very dated and the bathroom (floor in particular) wasn’t very clean.

We were a bit confused about where to find our room, and how to get to the beach. This was mostly due to the size of the facility, with multiple hotels, condos, etc. It seemed the receptionist at check-in assumed we knew more than we did, and the written material we were given did little to explain the setup. We were given a map, and that, of course, helped. One more thing, the elevator was tempermental -- in one instance a buzzer sounded, the door stuck open about 6", and it didn't move--for about one minute--then it worked OK.

Room was great - larger than we expected. Beach was perfect!

Upon arrival to the resort, a roofing company was replacing the roof on the villa we were staying in. They were there for 2 days of our stay, it would have been nice for the resort to inform us prior to finalizing the booking but nothing was ever said nor money taken off. Also, the bathroom fans were very loud and probably need to be replaced.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom golf villas for our vacation, it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with, only needed to buy the food. A Food Lion was conveniently located across the street to buy all our groceries and essentials. The villa and resort grounds were very clean and the pool was within walking distance of our culdesac. Upon request, they allowed us to checkin 2 hrs early and checkout 1 hour later than normal hours, and the staff was great!

check in took forever because the key did not work because they gave us the wrong room number TV never worked at all Window blind did not go back up. I didn't know there would be a kitchen or i would have brought some breakfast and or lunch food. Don't like to spend my time grocery shopping while on vacation.

I booked a one bedroom apt thinking I would be staying in the same facility as my last stay. We ended up staying in the building across from my last visit which wasn’t nearly as big or as nice but we made due. While the housekeeping Dept did come to our room daily and give us fresh towels, they don’t sweep the floors in the room. There was a broom in the closet that we could use however no one wants to clean on their vacation.

The resort is a gorgeous place to stay with several facilities that are great for families.

We had to change rooms. The next day they were supposed to call us and let us know when to exchange rooms. We never got a call and the maid was clean and I room when we came back from breakfast and threw our stuff away. We did not get into our room until five. The manager is supposed to give us a refund.

I didn't like having to beg for clean towels. I didn't like that they checked my room ... no idea what they checked it for, but never swept it in an entire week. They didn't empty the trash.

The pools were very nice, large and relaxing. Shannan at the pool bar was awesome. Great attitude even in the heat. Totally enjoyed her service. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Headboards were loose and bang the wall each time we got into and out of the beds. The shower door was really noisy when opening and closing it. The TV service would stop and black out for various periods and return hours later. Room service was not up to snuff as we had one service in four days. We had to go and pick up towels from the front desk.

Room size and additional items like the refrigerator, stove, etc. were exceptional. The balcony was nice and had adequate chairs. Room cleanliness was very good.

The resort was nice an the pool was open which was nice in october. The breakfast bar was good an the staff very polite.
