The showers and bathroom facilites at the pool are dramatically undersized. They have hundreds of rooms in the hotel, an indoor/outdoor pool and there are only two showers and two changing rooms. This seems undersized. The changing room for the women is within view of the doorway to the changing room which is across from the fitness room and the televisions where people seem to gather to catch up on scores, games, etc. This is very awkward given that there are only two enclosed changing rooms so if you wanted to change in the open space, you would be visible for anyone walking by who looked in the mirror. Strangely inappropriate design for such a busy, family oriented hotel space.

Our room was well-appointed but the heat was not working well. After trying to turn the temperature down, we realized the only way to stop the constant warm air blowing at full power was to turn the system off completely. This was dispappointing but we did not take the time to call maintenance. I let the front desk person know of the problem at checkout.

Housekeeping didn’t replenish toiletries every day. Had to ask for more towels. Pool was ok. Attendant was not friendly at all.

There weren't many food choices especially for someone on a diet. Tile floors in the bathroom were really cold on bare feet. We were in the older section of the hotel and the day we arrived the front desk person sent us to the far end of our bldg where we had to haul our suitcases up a flight of stairs. The next day we discovered an elevator at the other end. Both ends were equal distance from our room and we are in our late 70's so the elevator would have been really helpful.

The room was spacious and homey. We also really liked the large shower and the double sinks in the bathroom.

Well in the the bathroom of my room shower curtain didn't work right and the toilet kept running off and on every time you flushed it I've had open up the lid adjusted

The food and the quality of the food. We all feel they should return back to a nicer dining a la carte menu during the week in the H Dining Room instead of a big buffet every day - go back to the way it used to be. The dining room used to have more quality entrees.

The staff and service, especially Heather and Joe at the front desk. Also, the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. Wonderful ambiance at the hotel

Walls are thin. We could hear the elevator ding and the morning alarm in the room next door. The alarm was left on and the room vacant so it beeped for almost 5 minutes at 6 am.

The amenities and location were great. The size of the rooms was super nice.

I’ve stayed here before and had a good quiet room in the courtyard area. This time they put me in an outer room and the road traffic was horrible. Very loud and noisy. The one entry door to the building they told me to go to at the reception didn’t work so I had to walk all the way to the other door to get in. The room was decent and clean but the electrical plug in the bathroom didn’t work either so I had to do my hair in the coffee area. I’m not sure if I’ll try them again.

The main hotel is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. I like that my car is secure in their little compound.

House cleaning walked into our room while we’re were there 2 separate times unannounced. They did a quiet knock and 2 seconds later just let themselves in. The invasion of privacy is really odd and could have been a bigger problem had they caught us changing. This issue really should be addressed.

We love this hotel. It’s a beautiful property and always a fun stay.

It's odd that glasses are not provided in the bathrooms. That seems to be the thing in the USA. The only cup I had was a paper coffee cup that came with drip filter coffee machine.

My room was in the tower section of the hotel and it was fantastic. One of the best hotels I've stayed in the USA. Really big room and even a desk to work on. Fantastic.

The lady that takes care of the pool area is always so grumpy. Other than that though everyone is always usually very sweet and kind.

A microwave would have been nice. Had to pay for parking. Restaurants were nice but expensive.

The parking is very confusing. We checked out online and usually, when you do that you leave the key cards in the room, but then we realized we needed a key card to get the gate to open so we could leave the parking lot. Perhaps that information was given in the link that the QR code was supposed to take you to, but none of the links were working, except for the one to get room service. We also think we were charged for parking, so the price given to us by Booking.com was not the price we were charged.

The room was great and it is a beautiful hotel with a great staff.

One of the staff at the “Coffee Shop” did not provide good costumer service. Attitude was bad. It was a female hostess. We ate there two different evenings and both times she was rude.

The snooty people who work there act like they're too good . Does the hotel train them to act like or is it just a personality error. I couldn't wait to get home pretty sad . If they were kings and queens like they act they wouldn't be working .

Christmas decorations were lovely room nice it was super busy but room still quiet .
