Restaurant service was very very slow. Snack pricing in the store/coffee shop was ridiculously high and poor selection.

The patio furniture varied, lacking a table that would have been perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Parking in the area is limited; however, I appreciated that the hotel had roped off a section for guests. It’s important to know that you’re allowed to move the rope to access this parking.

The seaside villas offered excellent value for the breathtaking views they provided. They were spacious and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere away from the island’s more crowded areas.

They didn’t have the stuff it said. No welcome drink, the little coffee shop barely had anything in it & for it to be so expensive & such a nice hotel, you’d think the elevators would be nicer

The bathroom needed some work. It looked old and will never look properly clean due to stains. I also felt that the parking fee was outrageous and wasn’t clear up front when booking the room. That made me feel cheated. The hotel is a little far away from everything else that San Diego has to offer. A shuttle to and fro from airport would also be nice

There were a few cosmetic things in the room, but nothing major by any means.

Staff was wonderful (specifically Mindy and Georgie in the hotel restaurant) very peaceful environment, great location, and the food was excellent.

Been there three times and it is always a great experience even off season the staff is just as courteous and friendly and all facilities were open and pool heated and valet was still open at 1:40 am when we returned from a concert 🎶 food at the 5 Crowns restaurant was fabulous

The shower in our room had issues. The temperature was either too hot or too cold. Maintenance staff was called to repair, however no repair was made even though the technician stated it was a faulty "cartridge". He did not offer to repair, only advised us to slowly adjust the handle/lever and "it should work". DID NOT WORK! Couldn't use the shower or tub for two days. They moved us to a different room for our third day.

I requested an early check in as it says you can. However, they finally responded and said that there were no guarantees for early check in. This was very disappointing for the price. I don’t recall hardly ever being denied such a request.

It was first time staying at Loews. Jean was wonderful at check in and we upgraded to a room on 4th floor facing downtown San Diego! They have a shuttle that takes you to hotel del. Loved my first stay at the hotel.

We thought the cost of dinner was excessive.

We were really well looked after. Superb room with views over the bay. Bed was super comfy! Great shuttle service into the town made it all really easy and assessable. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Rick who checked us in was really welcoming. The waitresses in the bar and restaurant were delightful! The concierge couldn’t be more genuinely helpful.

The beds were hot, sweated all night even though we had the A/C cranking. Also, we've asked the staff about New Year fireworks, they didn't to know if there is one around which was such a disappointment.

We very much enjoyed our stay and found nothing to disappoint or dislike.

Conveniently located next to a marina and overlooking the bay. The hotel operate a courtesy bus into the town of Coronado just 3 miles away. From Coronado you can take the passenger ferry across the bay to downtown San Diego or by car take the bridge. Coronado itself is a great place to browse and have a relaxing lunch or drink overlooking the beach/ocean and people watch.
