Location is convenient, close to our family member's home and lots of restaurants to choose. The room was small but clean and appeared newly remodeled, very clean. Although we didn't use parking this time, the hotel has parking spaces next to rooms.

We booked a king room and the room size was small when compared to the price. It may be because it’s located in the city. It’s a good place to stop by while you are exploring the SF city because of its proximity to the attractions and also the options of eateries close by.

We love the location since it is very near the places and people we like to see. It is also good for walking and public transportation. There are many nice restaurants and bars in the area.

The location is ideal for our visits to San Francisco since we can walk to most of the places we like to frequent and where we meet with friends. We especially appreciate the free parking. Our room was large and quiet.

The tub was draining very slowly. We informed the front desk as we were checking out and they thanked us for letting them know. I'm confident that they will fix it.

The location is perfect for us and we really appreciated the free parking. The motel also accommodated our request for an upper floor room.

Broken shower handle. The fridge left the fruits completely frozen. Drunks yelling outside at night. Pricy for 3 nights stay

There was no place to hang clothes. One of the lightbulbs above the sinks was burned out. People above us made a lot of noise dropping things and stomping. When we called the front desk to complain after midnight, the noise stopped until the following morning. Next visit, we will request the top floor.

Area smells like garbage outside, bed is squeaky and loud (only if used for 😉 purposes), parking is narrow so might be difficult to park but lucky I didnmt use my car when it’s packed with vehicles, old furniture and dull colors for the bed, an update won’t hurt. If you’re just sleeping, it’s fine. Sink is outside cos of the lack of bathroom space.

Soft bed, room has a refrigerator and a microwave, helpful and accommodating staff members who are attentive.

The front of the hotel doesn't look nice; however, the room was really nice. Also the parking is a little tight but that's expected in San Francisco.

The walls are a bit thin, so if there are people in the room above and the room(s) next to yours, then you’ll hear them moving about.

The room was bigger than expected and so was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were decent. The location was perfect for our trip as it was close to the places we wanted to check out and had a good amount of food choices nearby.
