Our first floor room had some 2nd floor noise. We were early risers, so not really bothersome for us.

The location was superb, walk to most shops and restaurants, very pretty grounds.

sofa bed was not made on arrival and there were stains on the mattress. They sent housekeeping up immediately, but wasn't the best first impression. Children were screaming in pool when we came back in the afternoon and then again in the early afternoon outside the Spa windows.

Great location, easy access to amenities and shopping and restaurants. Concierge was really helpful with suggestions and coupons. Beautiful grounds. Secret Garden Cafe was most delightful breakfast.

Very poor lighting on the outside. It took us over 30 mins.To find our room because at night everything was so dark couldn't read the numbers or letters on the building they really should put some type of light on the building where the letters are located at believe me we weren't the only couple had a hard time finding there building such poor lighting.

The rooms was very relaxing and spacious. Friendly staff clean rooms

The light bulbs in the room were 5,000 kelvin…way too “bright” for that setting. Especially for a bed room. If the color temperature of the lighting had been lower, the trip would have been perfect.

The overall feel was very nice. I liked that it wasn’t overly fancy. But still was nice. The amenities and recreation elements were great. The grounds well kept. The room, though dated, was clean and comfortable.

Cable was out the whole time and I was not given an upstairs room like I requested.

There were a few things in our room that showed the age of the property. A torn curtain. A water leak from the a/c. A broken tile in the bathroom. The live music never showed up.

We had the pizza for dinner. It was delicious.

Just like I said, I mean, I think that may be day it’s good to encourage the guest to queen guest to clean, but it seems like it’s moved in direction. We’re that’s the only one party that’s cleaning and that wouldn’t be good.

I really like your place. I like the girl that I check in at night with. She’s a good conversationalist. I see the guys working hard on the landscaping. But I have to be honest I see a small decline in the rooms like the tables are getting stained the couches look like they’re a little bit gross so my wish is that the guys that are doing the landscaping maybe start doing some rehab so I’m some of the rooms God bless.

Coffee in the morning. Not the package in the room, but real fresh is industry standard. Had to drive to a starbucks; Underwhelming to say the least. Couldnt even get good direction to a offsight coffee shop. Was just told "go to the top of the hill". Im a stranger, not good! Come on, Dont call that "resort" standard. Also, didn't appreciate being accausted by a time share salesman after check in.

Pool Jacussi were super good! Room was quiet, comfortable with excellent furnishings, Roomy and welcoming. Grounds are outstanding, Parking was ample conveient. Invironmental systems were excellent. We were happy with our stay and would return if the oppertunity arises. The bed and furnishings, comfortable and clean.

The aggressive pursuit to sit in on the Timeshare overview. Ruins my day when I have to be rude to get my point across. I am already a timeshare owner and regret it. I am on my dime while on vacation and have been with people who have caved to these assaults. Wasted hours of precious vacation time with these high pressure people.
