The room was way more outdated than the pictures appear. Same with the toys, a tricycle missing a pedal, toys held together with zip ties. Bed was very uncomfortable. King room was really small. I would have saved hundreds and booked a double queen if I knew the rooms were the same exact size.

They made clear that cleaning service wasn't going to happen during our stay of 3 days. I appreciate the sincerity, but I would have definitely loved cleaning service during our stay each day. Internet wasn't very fast.

Breakfast was very good. The room was just what we expected, and my 2 boys (7 and 5) were confortable. The location couldn't be better; very close to Walt Disney World. The staff were very helpful. It is an environment for families, so my wife and boys liked it very much.

Really convenient for the Disney parks, lots of restaurants and amenities around, and a beautiful outdoor space and playground for the kids.

Some toys...equipent could used some maintenance and repair (like basketball etc) but was not too bad. Breakfast will eventually get boring after more than 3 days since its more or less always the same. But again for the price ok. Water innthe bath did not really drain well.

Great location at a very good price to visit some parks in Orlando. A real happy place for the kids with the heated pool and the playground. Our kids loved it and wanted to go back there for the rest of our Florida trip.

What did Rob me the wrong way about the property is that the manager asked me the second day I was there when I went into the office to grab some paddle boards for the ping-pong table and a basketball for the kids. He asked me to do a review for them and I was on top of it right away. I gave a great review on Google And I had let him know very kindly that I left a very nice review for your facilities and he was very thankful thank you very much but at the end of the trip I went to return all the items that I rented and to return my key cards. My grandson threw away one of the key cards and I was only able to return one key card, well they wanted to charge me $10.99 for a key card and my whole history of living and going to hotels I have never been charged for a key card especially $10.99. That rubbed me the wrong way, so personally I think they need to fix that problem because I seen everybody stealing their towels all day long from their swimming pool because you don’t have to sign out a towel and re-sign it back in so I seen people taking towels to their rooms all day long but me I put my towels back and I lost the room key and I got charged $10.99 shame on them and they’re supposed to be a Christian facility! When they told the front desk I didn’t agree with that policy she handed me a bag of lays potato chips for the inconvenience and I told her no thank you. That’s a straight insult.. So needless to say, they just offered me a bag of chips not my $10 back.

The hotel room did have a strange smell and I would change the lights out to have them be warmer lights. It felt cold.

Though we are grateful for the included breakfast, we strongly disliked having the same exact thing every morning. We don’t eat pork so having eggs, sausage, and pancakes as the only hot option for all 5 mornings of our stay was upsetting.

I loved all the activities and options given to the children to have fun as well as the comfortable seating and other areas for the adults to watch the kids. It was everything i expected for my kids.

The room was not very clean

An excellent hotel for a family holiday with children. Large children's playground with lots of entertainment, heated swimming pool. The kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was excellent. The staff is very polite.

The bed was terrible, and most of the toys in the playground were either broken or had missing parts. Our room was only cleaned once out of the 4 days we have stayed. I am so suprised that they only took the garbage and did not even make our bed.

The hotel has a big playground for kids and it was very convient to park close to our room. The room is also quiet big.

The front desk said they only had rooms on the 1st floor and 2nd floor -and with a some of our party over 80 years old, with 15 + adults and about 25 pieces of heavy suitcases and luggage, AND they said they had no trollies or bellhop to help us -Then we found out their 1st floor was actually the ground floor. They need to be clear when they say 1st floor, 2nd floor so as not to distress customers, They also took damage deposits which I don't even think I got back as I also paid damage deposit upfront through booking.com. So I feel there has been money taken from me twice. Not happy about this.

Breakfast was not so great - they had limited choices. The hotel was mainly child focused as it was not too far from Disney World. There were lots of toys and entertainment pieces for the children to enjoy. The room had a large TV with freeview which was very nice. Nice hot shower and lovely large towels. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days, but cleaner emptied the bins daily. They had microwave available so you could warm up your food - but didn't have plates to help this. The front desk manager was very calm when trying deal with all of us when we were trying to check in and were confused about the 1st floor and 2nd floor fiasco. Had an outside laundry for customers use. Nice child friendly outdoor pool. This Motel better suits a family with children. But it is a place to lay your head down after a long day our shopping or sightseeing. A bit far from the Main Orlando airport.
