A full maintenance check should be require prior to guest stay. The toliet in the master bedroom was inaccessible for approximately 2 days for a party of 5 with 1 accessible toliet was a hassle. Maintenance support fixed the issue on Saturday 2 days after arrival and located a bar of soap and a nail in the toliet. " Maintenance support was friendly" Freezer door handle fell off on arrival, guest bathroom shower door did not close properly causing family members to lift the door to close and open. Guest bedroom closet door did not have the capability to open and close properly due to being off the track. Patio screen internal door was off the track. Exterminator is definitely needed. Roaches in the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms and patio column is infested with bugs. Water was cold on our last night day 10.

The atmosphere was calming along with easy accessibility to attractions for the family. The beach is a few blocks away and whatever last minute items you forgot to pack cab be purchased once you arrive or throughout your stay.

A lot of stains on the carpets. We were having to kill a lot of flies in the room. Not sure if they were already in there, or if they just kept finding a way to come in. Killed maybe 10-12 flies.

Maintenance staff was rude and unit A/C was not working and door had been kicked in. All units should be inspected prior to next reservation. Company would have noticed A/c and door situation and Maintenance Wouldn't have been needed.

No covers on the bed in the master bedroom. Called management about it know one ever came. Management call and assured someone would be coming. The twin beds were comfortable mattress felt lumps! Dryer took forever to dry!!!! Carpet was dirty! I will never stay here again! The money that I paid wasn’t worth it!! I want recommend.

This place was completely filthy!! When I checked in and showed up (which was after 5pm btw). There was a lady there and I thought I went to the wrong unit. After realizing I was at the right place, the lady let me speak to husband (because she didn’t speak English) and her husband told me to come back in an hour and a half!!! Because they were still cleaning from a group that trashed the place prior to me getting there. I was livid! I showed back up to the office and was on the phone with Ashley because I called the after hours number as well. I let them know my frustrations as my son and I had traveled well over 9hrs and wanted to get settled for the evening. The director of operations and the check in girl (Shawna) were amazing! The director of operations refunded me a night back because of the inconvenience, along with some water park tickets but personally after staying there that still wasn’t enough. I know the cleaning crew did their best to clean, but if check out is at 10am and check in is between 3-5pm that was MORE than enough time to have it cleaned. The carpet was disgusting, and I found myself cleaning another hour after they left. Completely unacceptable! Also, the amount of flies in the unit was gross too. I easily killed between 8-10 during our stay and it made it difficult to sleep at night. It was just an uncomfortable stay and I didn’t feel clean during my stay at all. Would I recommend this place to another person? Maybe after someone in the office does a spot check to ensure EVERYTHING is cleaned in the unit and meets standards, but as of now absolutely NOT!! Also, while the staff was great.. I did not care for the individual I spoke with on the phone (Ashley). When I explained my situation, I found her to be extremely dismissive and condescending.. insisting that we grab some dinner while we wait for the unit to be done. UNACCEPTABLE and Ashley here’s a piece of customer service advice for you.
