ac didn't work in a few rooms. i had to change from room to room because certain rooms had the ac not working and the 1st room we came too was claimed to be clean but then was dirty with garbage in the room and bed sheets all messed up.

I did not like the fact that in the room 555. The windows had mold on them the curtains had mold on them and I didn't like the fact that I didn't have no lights in the room and it wasn't wheelchair Assessor they false advertise about the rooms on their website the rooms don't look nothing like how they describe

I booked two rooms the rooms don't look nothing like what they're advertising the rooms wasn't clean properly one of the rooms had mold in the window mold on the floor and mold on the curtains 555 was the room number the lights didn't work and 555

There is no cleaning of the room, they don't change the towels, they don't remove the graffiti and it was full of cockroaches.

The rooms were in shambles. Handles of furniture broken, rusty vents and fixtures. The first room they put us in was not cleaned. As we were leaving that room, there was a German roach on the desk crawling around. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they put us in a clean room and apologized profusely. The second room was cleaned but still so poor to an outside eye.

The location was convenient and the staff was nice.

First time there and the picture I saw on the website wasn’t the same as it was when got the keys to my room I started to imagine how beautiful my rooms gonna be when I open the door and enter the room the floor was very dirty and stink couldn’t sleep in the room I’ve to go to front desk and have them switch me to another room Cynthia was very nice to me she gave me another room and it was fair only thing housekeeping didn’t come to clean our room I’ve to make the bed and clean the bathroom myself I had know towels I’ve to call housekeeping for clean lining and towels they didn’t knock on the door for to know they bring the stuff for me the left it at the door I arrived there 02/07/24 -02/14/24 and my room didn’t get any service the only thing that I’d come again because of the location stores I could walk to and do some shopping also the food wasn’t a problem was very easy to walk to the restaurants no about I’ll definitely come back to stay there

air did not work for a week .house keeping never showed for 10 days ,ran out of toilet paper towels , toilet plugs easily , tv didn.t work on arrival only unplugged , few roaches around , racing in parking lot after midnight , doing donuts or burnouts . neighbours on sides and above noisy banging furniture after midnight .i reserved previous room 5 days ago i come back not available someone rented it not a happy camper

As soon as I entered the reception door, the security guard asked me if I had a reservation and when I said yes he kept asking me over and over when I made the reservation, he was armed and made me very scared. The hotel is huge and has three armed security guards, which made me think that it is not such a safe place. The beds were small for two people (I'm Brazilian and didn't know the size of a full size bed), I booked a room for 4 people and there were only 3 towels, the towels were very thin, there was no tower for the floor of the bathroom, there was also no hairdryer. hair as mentioned in the ad.

Room had disgusting carpet. No trash can. The motel is marked as non smoking but every where you turned people were outside smoking weed. Loud music late into the night. But you get what you pay for for $30 a night. We went to the Disney parks so we were not in there much but to sleep.

The carpets were extremely dirty...not sure they have been vacuumed or cleaned in a while. Mold in the bathroom.
