There was no plug for the tub. The room was dirty. Needs a good deep cleaning!! Loud, the room we had was right next to the street and Godzilla was above us

the room I got was terrible. the sink in the restroom was leaking and the sink in the room was clogged. there’s was a hole on the wall next to the bed and no remote to the tv. I can’t believe a staff was asking me about the tv remote when there was none in the first place.😠

Weird smell when I first walked in. Front desk receptionist was rude. Questionable people in the lobby. Floors were sticky. ROACHES in the room. Only one set of towels given for a weekend stay. Sheets were not clean, there was a cigarette burn on one of them. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

The staff did not like the deal I received so they canceled my reservation. Gave me a smaller room for the same price without informing me. After checking in I left the location and did not return until extremely late by then. I was too tired to informed the location that I noticed that they canceled my reservation and gave me a smaller room. The pictures are extremely edited of this location. It is much older and dirtier than it seems.

Surrounding area is okay. Plenty of restaurants and other amenities

Bed made 3 out of 7 nights. Bathroom not cleand 2xs. Panal in the wall would not close so you get to listen to water running and its next to the bed. Wore socks in the room and they were filthy in a short time so dont go barefoot. Back door to parking lot kept open so anyone can walk in without passing the front desk. A St noise is loud. Would not recommend this hotel.

not sure if it was construction or loud guest but I could hear everything above me. walls are also thin, could hear the snoring in the room next to me. tv is in an odd location cannot comfortably see it. check in takes too long. fridge is dirty & outdated

When I got there they were working on the hot water pipes. The shower didn't work, so I called the front desk and they said it would be about 30 min. In 30 min the shower was on. The faucet could have used a good aerator it splashed when it was turned on. The couch was a little dingy.

The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, a range, a microwave, a sink, a few dishes, and some silverware. They were making some minor functional futuristic changes. The mirrors were lighted and they defrost. There was no need for the sign that hangs on your door. Push a button on the wall and it shows your room status.
