The bathroom had sections between the floor and wall that was not finished. Cold air was coming thru.

Ridiculously small and thin towels; if they were better, a MUCH higher rating would apply. Also, the room heater is very noisy...had to turn it off over night.

The place was overpriced, although we understand that on certain weekends demand is high. The breakfast was mediocre. At first sight, the room was clean. However, the kitchen door had quite a bit of fungal growth. Probably you don't have much choice during the high season, but I would not recommend the place.

The chairs outside were just outside the door facing the parking lot.

Room at the Motel was close to the areas we wanted to be. The room was spacious and clean. It included a fridge, coffee maker and nice shampoo and body wash. The bed was comfortable with decent white bedding...felt clean. The room also offered a LG tv and 2 somewhat comfortable chairs. Also included a fairly good sz closet if you were staying a bit. All rooms ground floor easy access to car. Continental breakfast was included but we did not advantage of it.

Location is perfect for the area around Manchester. Motel is older but the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was OK and nothing special - hard boiled eggs, waffle maker, etc. Be sure to try Christos pizza in Manchester.

Around the property was looks like a lot of industrial garbage. Right outside my window was piles of old scrap, metal and wood.  The rooms could also really really use updating.  Our state came with breakfast, which was very basic. It consisted of cereal that my husband said was stale, a Belgian waffle machine, bagels, and toast.

My husband and I found the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.  It is very close to downtown Manchester, which has a lot of wonderful shops and restaurants. The main road its on has lovely views of the mountains if you go for a drive.

Friendly owners. Breakfast could have had a little more choice, like yogurt or Danish. I am a tea drinker and there wasn't hot water each morning even though there were tea bags. We would stay here again. 👍

See comments on bed, but that’s just a personal preference, so not a complaint.

The mattress was softer than I prefer; I didn’t check if there was a choice-there may be. This is a minor detail-the stay was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant, the place is easy to find. If I has known there was a pool I would have brought my swimwear! Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The room was a very generous size, as was the bathroom. The room was also very clean. Very good value for money.

Breakfast wasn’t anything special, they had cereal and a waffle maker, along with milk and OJ. Again, it wasn’t anything great, but for being free, it was good. I ate my fill and didn’t have to stop anywhere before my hike and didn’t have to spend anymore money.

The room was spacious beds were comfortable heat and hot water, it included a fridge and microwave coffee maker and flat panel TV. Parking right in front of the room helps and last, but not least free, continental breakfast.

Pretty bare bones accommodations

Very welcoming staff, just outside of Manchester center. Close to ski resorts as a budget friendly option. Will stay here again.
