The mattresses in twin room were way too soft and the beds were noisy with every move.

Perfect location! After all day discovering the city this was cozy and clean place to get rest. We appreciated luggage storage after check-out for free.

The hotel has definitely seen its better days, looked very old and was tiny. My room practically didn't have a window and there was no noise cancellation to speak of. I guess that is common with hotels of this price category in New York but I felt mislead by the photos and the booking.com page of this hotel. So when booking this hotel don't expect much at all.

The location is nice. I was looking for a hotel next to the Madison Square Garden, which this hotel is. There is also an elevator in the hotel which helps with accessibility. And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

the wash room luck didn't work, and if there was a microwave in the room would be great instead of going down to receptions.

Temperature in the room is controlled by reception and could get extremely warm during the night! There was a noisy air conditioning unit attached to the wall in the room, but it would’ve woken everyone up if we’d had it on at 3am!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is only a couple of blocks from the subway, Times Square and lots of other key attractions. Room was basic, but very clean, comfy and quiet (most of the time!) so perfect for using as just a base to sleep. I would happily stay there again.

The aisle was very noisy with people rolling suitcases at any time of day or night, maybe a carpet would help (some of them shouting with no regards for the people trying to sleep). The room was a bit cold at night.

The housekeeping by Grisell was exceptional, the location fantastic. The room was small and didn't have a proper window, but the bathroom was ample and chic with good products. I would go back!
