Not all the cottages are completely private, ours shared a wall with a really loud snoring neighbor.

Very cute cottage, comfortable bed, 2 chairs and even a small kitchen. Bathroom is outside, which we really liked that we could shower under the stars. Everything was clean. Easy self check in. There is a very delicious taco foodtruck only a few foot away, we can really recommend this place. If you plan on visiting key west for a day, then the location is great and way more affordable compared to places in key west, though it is still expensive.

While there is a lagoon at the end of its street, the beach is a drive away.

This is a very quaint place, relaxed and lovely! Great place to retreat to if you are tired of blank, uninteresting hotel rooms. This place has personality, very sweet!

Online check-in process with wrong info so I was driving half an hour all around the Marathon to get to my cottage. Agressive aproach before arriving to do everything online and way before (but they have staff for that where they have cottages and bar and other things). Did not get cottages that we booked and saw on booking but some other location. Bed colud be better.

Nice location near sea. But this is not site with coattages that are to book and shown on pictures. Netflix.

It was very clean and I liked the separation of the Cottages. We had 2 units and could not get the internet or TV to work in either. Would stay again.

The cottages are beautiful, the outdoor shower is a great experience, it's close to the beach (by car) and 1,5h to Key West.

The room we stayed at Cottage #4 the shower drain was stinky! The maintenance man came twice to fix it but and most of the smell went away but you could still smell it not so bad like before.

It’s a good place if you are traveling with a pet!

Me and my partner didn’t enjoy the roosters so close, I suppose our room was too close to a private corner the roosters settled at but this time around they were very loud for us to sleep through. Another thing was we didn’t enjoy how sugar ants came whether we had food out or not, they seemed like as soon as we got settled in they come out.

I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the convenience of a food truck open within great hours, along with the genuinely beautiful tropical experience we received

Bed was comfortable but very squeaky. Also, there is zero sound barrier in the walls between separate rooms. Could hear the smokers cough of the guy next door all night.

Very "Florida Keys" aesthetic - enjoyable! Had everything that was needed for a simple and safe place to stay.

The only note to report, the double bed was a little broken in the center and the springs made a lot of noise even if they moved little.

Very kind staff (including the sweetest dog). When we arrived it was raining, so the guy at the reception changed our cottage, giving us one with an internal bathroom (so we don't have to go out in case of rain). Spacious cottage equipped with everything you need. Marathon is an island in the Keys that's more in length than width, but the cottages are about halfway in a great location. A stone's throw from the sea. Recommended, would go back.

The bed was the only thing it needs to be replaced it was broken forcing us to stay in the middle. Not good for people with back conditions that’s the only thing

Affordable, centrally located, super comfortable. Great area great space for the price and super clean and quite I absolutely loved it and it had a washer and dryer perfect! Loved the easy contactless check in!

Loved so much about this place. Was a little skeptical at first being 64 traveling alone. But it was great, no problems like the other reviews I've read! The property it's self is beautiful. The cottages are so cute and colorful. Just reminds me of the old Florida style homes. But smaller, not a drinker but tiki bar looked like everyone was having good time! They have taco truck but did not try. Parked right beside my cottage which was nice. All in all was a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful place. And I will be back! Oh to add, my daughter wanted me to bring home the white 🐈 cat. Posted a picture cause he/she visited everyday. Loved that furbaby, hope he/she got the food I left for them.
