Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsThe cleaning of the room. I booked a stay for 3 weeks and that meant I had a right for cleaning of the room every 4 days. Every 4 days I asked for my room to be cleaned. The 1st week it took 4 days to get the room cleaned, the 2nd week it was done on day 5 and the 3rd week it took 3 days for the room to be cleaned. This should be done automatically, I should not have to ask. Each time I heard the excuse there is not enough personnel. Wifi is bad.
The room is spacious. The hotel is a 15 minutes walk from the strip; there is a bar in the hotel, and a possibility to have dinner. Staff is really friendly and try to help you.

United States of AmericaThe phone and walls needed some attention, a quick wipe down. The room lighting wasnt the best, challenging when you need to do your eye brows 😆
The layout of the room was great, I loved the counter space and the price was reasonable.

United KingdomA coffee maker would have made it for us, fortunately I bought my own travel kettle. The hot water was a pain it took 20 mins to get hot water from the boiler to the room. The maintenance guys were very helpful and explained it was the distance the water had to travel. So we ran it before we were ready to run the shower etc, not to much of an issue really, once you knew.
We were surprised with the size of the room, and the bed was very comfortable. Only 5 mins from the monorail station and you could head off any direction in a car avoiding the main strip, which was a standstill over the weekend.

This a great location for the convention center at a good price. The in-room refrigerator is a great plus.

No resort fees. This is an older property but our king room was spacious and clean. It’s a walk to the strip but we don’t mind that.

United States of AmericaWe stayed only the weekend I feel that maid service could have asked us if we needed more towels instead of having to ask for them. The walls looked a bit soiled so it made it a little uncomfortable. Overall it was a good experience . Also ,the shower water temperature was not warm enough.
We liked that the room was very roomy and had a semi wall for privacy in between the rooms. The walls were a bit stained so it looked a bit soiled. The location was good and the price was affordable. We will definitely stay here again thank you!

United States of AmericaIt's a bit out dated, looks like it hasn't changed since the 90s. The a/c unit was a bit clunky and loud when I turned it on to use it.
Close to many good and entertaining areas, although there was a lot of construction it was good to not have to drive across the city for popular areas

United States of AmericaThe room was dated, the mattress was old, it looked like someone had tried to break into the room before due to damage of the door. Our room faced a busy street which had a lot of traffic noise.
I chose the hotel based on its price, low resort fees, and walking distance from the Sphere. The staff was very helpful with an early check in.

United States of AmericaI found a condom package by the bed. Two pillows in a chair like maybe the cleaners forgot to take them because the bed was done and it already had 4 pillows..The first day there was no hot water and when I tried using the telephone to ask the receptionist it didn't work, so I called from my cell phone and I was told that I because there were many people staying in the hotel I needed to open the faucet hot water and let it run as well as the hot water in the tub/shower so that it would kick start the water heater. That day I showered with semi warm water because it didn't completely work. The next day I was able to make it work and was able to figure out how to make the hot water come out. Also, for some reason 2 of the lamps were unplugged.
How close it was to the sphere since I was going to a concert there. There is also a 7-eleven close and a McDonald's. So very convenient location.
