Unfortunately, the bar at the reception was closed during my stay

I didn't have breakfast. The view from the window of the yachts and the marina is very good.satisfied. Only the closed bar at the reception spoiled my mornings.

We had to change our hotel, and we found this one as our second option. What a great decision we made! It boasts a great location in Venice, wonderful staff, and excellent amenities. I can recommend it for families with babies as well.

Wish we had a little more of a view from our balcony. It was cut off by the side of the building. Other than that the room was fine.

Nice location in Marina Del Rey. Pool was warm which was nice as the air was a bit chilly. Loved the bar for happy hour snacks.

The coffee in the bedrooms is not great.....maybe you could look at upgrading the machines and getting a different coffee.

Super location as I like to walk.....great to walk around the marina and look at the boats. Also lovely to watch the rowing boats races in the mornings. The location is so convenient for the airport, and there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and other shops close by.

Cleaning was not up to standard. There was broken glass on the patio, towels were not restocked at the pool, and old champagne glasses also leftover from previous guests.

Valet service was very good. Very american to have a valet park your car 20 metres away for you in a big parking space. Beds were nice and comfortable.

I found it perfect as I arrived late night at LAX and the hotel is at 15 mins by car, yet is located in a very tranquil area. In the morning I enjoyed having breakfast by the ocean and places like Venice and Santa Monica are very close. Helpful staff.

The staff seemed to be under subpar management. We were given contradicting information several times which was very inconvenient for us. Our family was not met with a warm welcome by some staff members, even at check in. That being said, we did have some wonderful interactions like a night staff member named Oliver.

Beautifully located. Facilities are great. Restaurant is well run and delicious. The rooms were spacious and exactly what you expect. Great for families.

Rooms are a little tired around the edges.

We absolutely loved where this hotel is located - being by the marina is just so peaceful and very relaxing. We spent many hours watching the marine life, rowers from the rowing club and various boats sailing by. The setting of the hotel swimming pool and hot tub was beautiful overlooking the marina and both are well maintained. Cabanas and lots of sun loungers were available as well as lovely outdoor seating areas peppered with fire pits to drink and dine. We stayed in a pool/marina view room with a private cabana. This was awesome and we spent many hours relaxing here. My partner and I were both offered complimentary use of the hotel bicycles as it was my Birthday during the stay. This was a really thoughtful gesture. We rode along the scenic cycle path to Venice beach (and beyond) which we would highly recommend to anyone. One of highlights of our stay was seeing the two fantastic ladies on front desk; Michelle and Nancy. We were so well looked after by both of them. They both have a lovely energy about them and have infectious laughter, and were so accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We miss seeing their smiles each day already! We hope to return to the hotel soon.
