Smart hotel which is modern and in good condition. Helpful separate club room which we were able to use for business purposes. Breakfast was reasonable.

It wasn't anything that I didn't like. However, the 12-floor hallway didn't have much circulation or freshness. I understand the building is aging beautifully, and you are committed to the neighborhood, that is admirable. keep up the good work!

Halls were not updated. They were very dimly lit. Looked and felt unsafe. Elevators were old. Outside of the lobby and rooms, the hotel was in disrepair.

The Air Conditioning for room 1120 was not operating correcting,I walk out to the pool area with was under construction but I was able to enter,but unable to re-gain entry ,After several tries and sweating profusely I manage to find the phone to the front desk.

The fitness center was not cleaned regularly. The floor was quite dirty.

They aren’t organized when it comes to third party bookings they have 3 elevators 1 elevator doesn’t work one elevator that seems to be the main call elevator has a sticker sign showing a weight of 2 adults or 1 family and no more yet the actual weight the elevator should haul is 1600 pounds they cheaped out on repairs. The door to our room wasn’t a good shutting door and every time someone open or shut their door the door wouldn’t seal and you could hear everything. This app showed electric car charging we get to the property and they don’t have a charger to use.

Nearly an hour wait to be picked up by their shuttle, called three times (they skipped our stop once, no explanation for the other misses). Towels were old and tattered. No hairdryer in the room, called and it took 20 minutes for someone to bring one. There were loud people up and down the halls until all hours of the night / morning. The hotel elevator was not working properly. It seemed, as with most properties at this point, that they were understaffed at the front desk.

Location next to the airport, the complimentary breakfast buffet (because of my Marriott status). Bed was comfortable and the AC in the room worked well.

Location. Mall now closed. Restaurant across street. Closed. 2 out of 3 elevators not working. Nice bar gone. Great restaurant. Gone. This place used to be a class act. It is nothing anymore. Thanks to the changes. Mostly that mariot have made and typical poorly run locations downscale everything.

We got double charged for a one night stay. Our bathroom door wouldn’t open or close without using excessive force. And anytime someone showered the whole bathroom would flood

We booked the room for three people and the room was not set up for three. Housekeeping were quite rude and did not set up the sofa bed to accommodate for three. We had to set up the room ourselves.
