The parking situation in the garage is a concern due to tight spacing.

The location was perfect! Stayed in the Sunrise tower in an Oceanview villa with one of the most beautiful views I have seen.

The bar/restaurant was only open until 9PM.

The room was exceptional. Fully stocked kitchen. Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and courteous.

Drink and food were too expensive. I paid $65 for 3 pina colada and a cognac. The pina colada needs some work.

We love the property the first time we came. This time we were given wrong room while the room we requested stayed unoccupied but was told it was occupied. Waited 5 hours for a pack in play only to find a urinate filled baby sheet in it. Pool towels took 2 days to be refilled. Bed in room was not as comfortable as the bed in the room we requested.

The check-in desk couldn't find our reservation or even my name and took several tries then found it. It was my bachlorette weekend with my girlfriends & the staff was rude & unfriendly maybe since we were young but we aren't partiers and were there to relax so it was uncomfortable.

The property was beautiful and very clean and spacious. The location was prime as well.

When we were there the manager came to our room and said we were loud and if it happens again we'll have to evict you.. which makes sense. I had 5 girls (age of 12) who were excited. The next day we decided to hang out by the pool and the same manager came up to us and now accused us of smoking an illegal substance on the premises and said he forgot to tell us he got a complaint it was in the bathroom vents. I requested a smoke free room so we never smoked in the room. I didn't see a sign that we couldn't smoke out door but he began to lied that we were smoking in the room to evict us and saying he didnt know where it was coming from. He lied saying he gave me a warning about smoking on premises then corrected himself and said oh that was for the noise then changes his story several times saying it should of been mentioned. He specifically said an illegal substance.. Not once did we smoke in the non smoking room that I specifically requested. My bf informed him it's tobacco substance and then management showed us where we could smoke. I'm not sure why lie that he recieve complaints and automatically assumed it was us smoking an illegal substance then changes the story to make his weak assumption into a case. It was one of the most awful management experience and I'm upset the way it was handled. We were accuse not asked. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. He never introduced him self and I felt uncomfortable throughout this experience. This was extremely unprofessional. We have hotel birthday party every year and this hotel was by far the worse on Singer Island. I felt insulted, embarrassed, and humiliated during my vacation. he fire pit was broken which is the main reason for booking. People play soccer hit me in the leg with the soccer ball and never apologized. I'm glad it never hit my girls. I'm an insurance agent and a claim adjuster and that is a liability issue

Advertised as ocean front. View was into a construction site with a side view of the ocean. Not well lit. Hard to find check in. The aggressive texts about the 10am check out made this an unacceptable property for the price.

Checking in at 4:00pm, was told the room will be ready in about 10min but waited till about 4:30 to actually get a room.

Nice location, kid enjoyed the pool and the mini slide. Great beach. Nice and clean room. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
