Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFloors in room were tile and sticky and need a good scrubbing. It took forever to get hot water in shower and then no water pressure. Our balcony was covered in bird poop. Noone used pool it always had birds and poop everywhere.
Location was great! Staff at front desk was very nice.

Oceanfront and location were amazing. Beautiful beach and pool with nice patio.

United StatesYou pay for the location, there really wasn’t anything special about this Hotel compared to others. I could have gotten a better deal with a VRBO. Parking is very tight, not suitable for larger trucks.
Accessibility to the beach and restaurants are a plus. Once you park you could walk to any restaurant or store.

United StatesI requested early check-in so we arrived about 2 p.m. I was informed check in wasn't until 4 and it could not happen any earlier. I returned at 4 and was told there were no clean rooms available and they didn't know when one would be ready. We ended up waiting until 6-6:30 p.m for a room. I read this as a review before I booked here so it seems to be a common problem.
The location was great! Close to the Pier and entertainment!

United StatesBreakfast everyday was mushy scrambled eggs soaking in water and sausage … if there were any left. Drinking water was out all 4 days, coffee was so thick you had to add hot water. There were two waffle irons but again, syrup was empty and batter out often. The older lady working definitely hated her job… to the point you felt bad for her because she was miserable. They did have juice, yogurt, and the last three days some hard boiled eggs. Elevator one was broken day one, then fixed, but heard people were getting stuck on it and had to wait 5-10 minutes to be able to get out. Thankfully we were never stuck, but it was noisy and questionable. Bar staff encouraged us to go next door saying he really had limited drinks. He didn’t want to work which must be why it was always empty. Four days, never had room service, but when we asked they did give us extra towels, tissue and toilet paper. Our shower leaked, ran all over the bathroom floor, so they gave us extra towels and said they would have maintenance check it when we left.
Location was great. Beds were comfortable. TV had lots of options. Front desk staff were real nice. Maintenance seemed very busy with the old building but they were always friendly. Pool and sun deck were beachside and we hung out there one day. Close to pier and boardwalk.

They said they were in the oven...manager came out and asked the crew to bring it out....they were also out of regular waffle mix...not impressed at all with breakfast..staff didn't care..
The front desk staff was so friendly! Nicki was so friendly and went above and beyond on any expectation we had!! We would come back just because of her stellar customer service.

United StatesWhen we got home we checked our hotel bill and we’re surprised that we were charged 17.99 for on-site parking. We checked our Booking.com reservation and it said that the amenities included were breakfast and onsite parking. We called the hotel and told the desk clerk about this and she said it was the fault of Booking.com and we should advise them. When I told her that this was the hotels error, she said that other guests complained about this and they told Booking.com, but they never did correct it. When I said I would write a critical evaluation of this she said the hotel manager would call me and work something out to my satisfaction The hotel manager Never contacted me. I am very disappointed in the misrepresentation of this hotels actual costs. I feel cheated.
Clean, large room, beautiful view of the beach, excellent location 5 minute drive to downtown with nice shops and restaurants.
