We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I usually get a room with a tub and the tub was running cold with no hot water (in any faucet). The lady at the desk tried to move me to another room without a tub and no partial refund (my room was more expensive) and didn’t bother just saying “we run out of hot water so you just have to wait”. But for $300 one night, I shouldn’t have to “wait for hot water”. So I was put in a position of keeping the room at price and no hot water, or going to a smaller room while still paying spa room price…. Pretty sure that’s not how that works. So I ended up keeping the room with no hot water and paid $300 for it.
I’ve been coming here for years and while there is usually always a small issue, I still prefer coming here over other places. I finally got to get the breakfast at the pub for the first time since covid and it was delicious! I’m happy about that lol.

I had a king bed jacuzzi room...unfortunately the water at the facility can't keep up with the demand for hot water....jacuzzi water and shower in the morning was Luke warm ...never got hot

The bathroom in the room itself was weird - tiny with a toilet and small shower and hard to shut the door it was so small. The sink was outside of the bathroom which I did like because it was large. I mainly booked this hotel for the amenities and was very disappointed. The on-site pub was closed even after I called days before and the person said everything was up and running. The game room you had to pay cash for and they don’t tell you this - there is only an ATM that was hard to find (didn’t see it until the game room was closed) and then there is a change maker in the game room that doesn’t take 20s so it would be useless anyway. Very very upset about that. The pool area was pretty messy - towels everywhere. The jacuzzi was small and I wasn’t able to use it because another family was in there and there wasn’t really any room. Breakfast buffet was $12/person and there wasn’t even any staff working it. Ripoff.
Room was cute, staff was nice and helpful.

I think the only thing we didn't work was the breakfast. Not very good at all but it was convening for some people who just didn't want to go out to get anything. It was nice that it was right there at the hotel. But I would have to say the food wasn't very good. Microwave stuff I think
I think the people at the front desk and look like the manager who was constantly around or very helpful and pleasant. The pool was beautiful and clean. And the whole facility was very centrally located to town.

Not a fan of the pillows, but I know many people like those heavy pillows! Not a complaint at all I’m just picky with pillows!
Rooms are spacious, bed comfortable, hot tubs clean, overall a beautiful property with kind and helpful staff, quick check in process. Great location. Excited to return!

This is the second time we stayed there. The resort is nice and clean. I feel the front desk staff could be more welcoming when checking in with an explanation of the facilities.

The communication GETTING the room was a real pain. I booked initially on booking.com then I got a text from RON the manager saying I could save $30 approximately by booking directly so I canceled booking.com and booked with hotel. Then I moved the date up by one day. The rate stayed the same but someone else texted me that the room was going to be $100 MORE; so I canceled with hotel and booked with booking.com. When I got to hotel, they had TWO reservations for me. Luckily, they said they would cancel one of them and not charge me for that issue. And I got the cheaper rate.
Our room was in a good, quiet location with balcony overlooking the hot tubs (outdoor and indoor).
