Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The first two days of our trip were very awkward, because we were having issues with the sales manager…I’m not a perfect human being, but she was extremely difficult to deal with. I called and was told we could check in early since our plane touched down early. When we arrived the three girls in the lobby were very unfriendly. I guess I understand the room not being ready, but there’s a way to discuss it calmly, which was not the route they chose. Also, we paid for the spa tub room, and were told it didn’t work after I was in it (my partner called down after the jets didn’t work - they assured him they’d told me it was broke — absolutely not true — why the heck would I book the most expensive room, if I was told it was broken…makes no sense at all). I was comped $20.00 for the inconvenience…totally unacceptable for all the money we’d paid. Also, one of the girls gave us extra points, because of the terrible time we’d had. The staff at the hotel removed the points from our account. I can’t make this stuff up…unbelievable stuff, stuff that shouldn’t ever happen at a professional establishment. VERY disappointing stay.
It was next to the interstate, and was extremely loud. It was also dirty and very run down. Sorry, I found nothing positive at this property. We couldn’t even get an extra towel without getting a hard time. I’ve never left such a bad review, but this one is warranted.
