Paying a deposit and not getting it back for a few days. The deposit requirement was buried in the Booking.com listing and I didn’t see it. The night clerk said we’d get it back in the morning, but the morning clerk said it will take a few days. Both clerks were hard to understand because of their accents.

The layouts of the rooms were very weird and there was mold on the ceilings of the bathroom. The light in that room was also so dim we had to bring the lamp in the room to see.

The location was awesome and it was super nice to be in the center of town.

Not much maintenance put into the property. Need a little TLC to bring it up . Giving us the feeling that no one cares.Floor was not cleaned. Not much hot water at night for shower in the evening. Morning I had to wait a long time for the hot water to run wasting water.( Of course They got penalty of water all around.) Some of the power plugs and lights were inoperative.

Room was large and adequate.close to the city centre. It is an OK motel. We stayed for one night only.

There was no breakfast, even though it shows it on their website… the shower didn’t drain properly while in use. The windows had no screens so we couldn’t open them without bugs coming in. There was a fixture hanging off the wall with exposed wires, and a light fixture that we couldn’t use because the cover was missing and it was blinding.

It was within walking distance of FanX. The beds were comfy.

Lots of homeless around. Outdated, but you’re kinda getting what you’re paying for.

We visited for the Salt lake half Marathon race weekend. Location was great, front desk stuff was kind and fast in checking in and out. Our room was clean (old but clean) and mattress was very comfortable.

Greeted by very friendly staff, apologies I didn't get name. Motel very functional, beds very comfortable, shower good. It's not the Ritz but it was friendly, clean and we felt safe. Air conditioner super!

Lots of weird characters about, homeless nearby, using the laundry machines. Some amenities were overstated such as the pool and the breakfast which they discontinued

Parking lot was too small, I ended up parking on the street. Which would be fine...in a better neighborhood. There were lots of people just milling around, and I saw someone who I'm 99.9% sure was a hooker just sitting near the empty pool. People were fighting/slamming doors at one point. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom desperately needed a makeover. The tub was old and stained and there was peeling paint.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was relatively clean and a fair price compared to other places.

The building exterior and elevator were grungy. They needed a good power wash. They require a $100 deposit, refundable within 48 hours of leaving. I kept checking my bank account. Once I got home, I realized that they never charged the deposit so it did not need to be refunded. But it kept me anxious while I was on the road for two weeks after my stay. There are a lot of signs telling people nit yo do something. At the ice machine, there was a warning not to fill coolers and there were surveillance cameras watching. Weird.

The location is great, near downtown Salt Lake City. I walked from the hotel for several blocks in the evening after my arrival. Comfy bed, clean room.
