The main thing was that it took 29 days to get back the 200 dollars we had to pay in deposite when we checked in. It was also nearly impossible to reach someone on the phone or email. When we stayed at Lorraine hotel later we got the deposite back 5 minutes After we checked out. We could not open the window and it was also dirty so it was not the best view.

It was close to the see. And close to the bus. The elevator was good.

The pool was closed and apparently has been closed for four months. We were never advised so we didn’t know until we got there. The pool was an important reason to choose the hotel as we were looking for both pool and direct beach access. Very disappointing.

We didn't like that the elevators did not have clear instructions on how to access the lobby in lower level. The rooms were not as clean as I would have wanted them to be, there was a lot of dirt on the floors and around the countertops a lot of hair left from previous guests. And there was no extra security lock from the inside of the door which made it very uncomfortable at night.

We arrived at the hotel early then the stated check-in time, and we were told to come back around 12: 00pm at that time, we were able to check in which was great. Once the hotel receptionist return which was about 15-20 minutes wait, the receptionist was able to check us in and provide the keys.

Small things like no tub stopper to take a bath. Overall cleanliness was a touch on the low side and directions once you get in the building were confusing.

Can't beat the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all everything we needed was there. For the price it was pretty good. I would book again.

The washer had a short circuit and the fridge was not in good shape. Missing some drawers and the light bulb was broken with the wires exposed.

The room was very spacious. The patio was huge and the view of the beach was spectacular. Sunrise and sunset were awesome.

There was a musty smell in the building, right when you walked in. The hallway leading up to the room was freezing, and the room itself was pretty cold. Luckily there were good blankets to keep you warm enough at night. Also, the pool was still being repaired, so it was closed.

The location was great! The room we got was quite sizeable and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Car parking - Would be easy to allow to park your car so you can access anytime you want. Cleanliness was a little poor and things aged - smells in the room and hallway - terrible Facility ie no pool available - and there was no notification during booking that the pool was being renovated. This is one of the reasons why we booked, but only found out about the lack of pool upon going to it to use it!

It’s an old building The pool was being renovated, but we were NOT INFORMED! If we would have been, we would have booked somewhere else. They didn’t let me know when I asked, if I could get parcels delivered to the hotel; that I would be charged by New point miami! 15$ for receiving 2 parcels on my behalf!! Disappointing

The room are very spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable The view was nice too The people working at the reception were kind and sweet

Fridge wasn`t working properly, only the top part. 3 out of 4 elevators were under maintenance for 3 days. Pool was under maintenance.

Size of the room is really good. AC working well. Small kitchen and amenities were really helpful. Nice view from the window. Vallet parking really efficient and helpful. Very close to the beach.

The tv should allow streaming or casting from your device. There should be room service at least once each 2 days. The pool and solarium were closed.

Check-in was horrible. You had to park at the valet in front of the building go down the hall and check in to get parking pass with no where to park… it was terrible. The smell of weed in the whole place was not a family environment for our family…
