The entire hallway smelled ugly, like dirt and marijuana. The carpet in the hallways and room was dirty.

Pictures were much nicer than a place itself. Hotel looked old. The worst was that The room had a very strong smell of smoking. This is a supposed to be non-smoking hotel. And both my husband and I are non smokers. It was a twrrible smell. Apparently there were no other King size bed rooms available. We asked for a queen, and the only one that was available was a handicapped room with a pretty bad bathroom.

There was a marijuana roach in front of my door when I moved in. There were just not enough channels on the television, no movie channels at all.

The staff was excellent, very accommodating, nice and professional. Some of the cleaning ladies were not very friendly at all.

I didn't like that the hallways and elevator look very outdated. The room also need a little bit of an update.

Pool was not operating, not enough towels in the restroom and shower head had green stuff, rusting. And breakfast was horrible, only one type of fruit, boild eggs, but no sausage or bacon or scramble eggs, and the muffins were small, a gry sad breakfast indeed!

I requested a room downstairs if it was possible and the room that was downstairs was extra small also I requested a room that had a Jetta tub or a spa tub unfortunately at this particular location they don't offer a Jetta or a spa tub in the room I asked for a suit or sweet and I would have paid more for it if that was the issue but that was not the issue nor the case and the staff had a very nasty attitude at the front desk she act as though she didn't want to wait on anyone including myself anytime I asked her about a room and the spa or the Jetta tub she just blatantly ignored me she act like I was talking to someone else or speaking it's foreign language

I like the size of the room they had the front room and a bedroom and the mattress was just right wasn't too hard wasn't too soft and you didn't sink into the bed

Is old and Needs urgent maintenance and remodeling of the rooms. Everything looks so deteriorated that is a shame the owners do not invest in improving and fixing their property.

There were lots of weird smells every time we would go out into the hallway. The breakfast never offered much of a variety (bread and muffin selection, no toppings for the waffle maker). The bed comfortability was decent but the pillows were flat, hard, and the bedsheets didn’t feel the best.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed or wondered about. The pool, although small, was kept clean besides the natural foliage falling in from the surrounding trees. The gym was decent but the main equipment we use, the treadmill was out of order.

The whole place smelled like a party. I mean I don't mind a party but it says right at the desk its a 100% smoke free building. But once you go down the hallway it smells like a bunch of skunks had a party. I guess they should just take the sign down.

The guy at the desk was very nice and helpful. He was great.
