To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI found a creature in the bathroom so the facility needs to take care of that professionally. The company in and outside the hotel isn’t pleasant and I feel this side of Raleigh isn’t decent to my liking. The police had to be called because of a guest staying there. Crime and homelessness is very high in the area. It may be because of the low pricing and location of the hotel, but my stay overall wasn’t the greatest because of this.
The bed was very comfortable and nice size.

United States of AmericaI booked this hotel for me and my mom for her birthday which we stayed at for the night due to the luke Bryan concert going on. It was a good price, close to everything we wanted too, and wasn’t overpriced. my only thing is, is that once I arrived there to check in I was told there would be an additional $50 deposit upon check in. I was so confused because on booking.com and their website it states nothing about a deposit. I told the lady at the front desk and she just argued with me about it. I know she doesn’t make the rules, but at least put it on your website for people to know and expect once they arrive! not everyone can afford to pay what the hotel fee is already and then an additional $50 on top of that!
It was a nice location in the middle of everything in Raleigh, quite at night, offered breakfast, and had enough towels and charging outlets

They refused to give us breakfast, even though we have paid for it, cause breakfast is included in the price, they said that breakfast was until 9 am, and we were there a few minutes after 9 am, that was very rude and unacceptable. Also the check out was at 11 am and we asked if we could have a late check out, paying for extra time, they said an absolute NO, and they said the only thing they could do was to give us a few minutes extra. At 11 am we have a person knocking at our door, saying it was time for us to leave, we asked for a few minutes to pack our stuff, and later on we had a phone call from reception, reminding us that check out was at 11 am. All of this was very rude and made us feel very bad. So bad that I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
