The shower was difficult to keep at a consistent temperature. The toilet blocked up. There wasn't a chair at the desk. I forgot my pillow at the hotel. It was a spare pillow but, for some reason, I was fond of it.

The room was clean and the layout was good. The window bench was cute.

In the bathroom the top was clogged and the water came out on the drain they have outside in the floor in front of the zinc.

Bed wasn't comfy and the doors closing were loud. The room is small which is fine, but the heavy doors close loudly and echo through the halls.

Location, price, staff all good. I guess you get what you paid for though.

Understaffed in the breakfast area, but she was doing her best, and helpful. . It was good, but the pancake machine broken, toaster messed up but still able to toast bread. Small quantities of food for the amount of people especially when you have inconsiderate people coming back multiple times when others in line. Beds small and not very comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Check in was easy and smooth,but lobby areas was super hot.. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean facility.

The front desk lady, with braces, was very rude and inattentive to my check in. Did not even hand my room key to me, but tossed it on the counter. Paid more attention to her phone, than the guest she was checking in.

There is very little / no restaurant within close proximity. Neighbour's were a bit noisy at 3 AM

The only elevator was out. The hotel smelled like it had had a water leak. The hallways smelled bad. They didn’t have enough breakfast or coffee for all quest.

There is a toaster very dangerous during breakfast that if you wnat to use you have to turn on with a piece of cutter blade. The carpet on the corridors look dirty.

What we did not like was out at the pool was a lot of bees I mean a lot. Left my phone in room so I could not get a picture. But there was a lol!!

When the sink water faucet was turned on. There was water leaking onto the floor. I had to use some of the smaller towels to clean the water on the floor. I put a trash can under the sink to catch the water.I reported the issue with the bathroom sink to the gentleman at the front desk. It was not addressed or fixed during our stay.

Ease of checking in and location for stay. Overall the place was clean. Breakfast time can get pretty hectic. The breakfast area is full with patrons. Trying to get through the dining area takes a little patience.

The front desk was off putting. Stayed for 3 nights and the room didn't get fresh linens. Workers finished putting thr room together (remodeling) while we were in the room. The was no room to use the coffee pot.
