Breakfast was nice with juice options, egg and sausage patties, yogurt, different bread options, waffle maker and more. Nice clean area with seating. It was a good basic breakfast. The room was clean and updated. We just need a clean place to stay that was safe and quiet as well.. This hit all the right spots.. Would stay there again.

Room was in pretty rough shape upon arrival. There appeared to be food stains on the boxsprings that no one had attempted to clean up and pieces of the shower head and water knob were falling off, but beds were comfortable and generally things were clean. Several light switches didn’t seem to turn anything on. On day 2 the light in bathroom burned out and initially the lady at the front desk said we would “just have to deal with it, the didn’t have maintenance that day”. We explained it was pitch black in there and we couldn’t shower in total darkness, maids tried fixing it and the bulb shattered and fell in the tub. At this point it took about 1.5 hrs to move us to a different room because they were so full. New room had makeup stains on sheets that hadn’t come out (sheets smelled and looked clean otherwise). On our last morning the toilet quit working but at this point we just went down to the one by the indoor pool to use as we were tired of mentioning things that weren’t working.

Staff was amazing! All were friendly, and Alexis was particularly helpful about issues with room and knowledgeable about local transportation systems. It was really easy to take the city bus into the strip from here but returning at night it dropped you off quite a bit away from the hotel. It was a 16 min walk through a parking lot, and once we ran into an intoxicated, unhoused person we called an Uber to return to the hotel as we no longer felt safe walking. On the day we checked out we were allowed to leave baggage at front desk while we ate lunch and walked around before our flight. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is in need of some new carpeting. The carpet in the hallways is dingy and worn and should be replaced. Room was comfortable and clean, but there is signs of wear and tear such as cracked plaster in spots on the wall and some fraying in the carpet in high traffic areas.

Staff was very friendly and check in was prompt and the bill accurate. The bed and bathroom were clean and the mattress very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the parking was very convenient. This hotel is near several restaurants so finding a place for dinner is not a problem.

It was old. The sheets had been cleaned but were not clean. There was hair and black marks on the sheets. The carpet was old and dirty. It made me nervous to sleep there, but I was stuck. I thought Wyndham had a better reputation than that.

Though the rooms were cleaned, they had areas that needed the deep clean. The corners and crevices need some attention. The public areas were cleaned but could probably use a face lift in the next year or two.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean enough. The breakfast was better than expected. The front desk staff was very nice. They always greeted you and/or had a smile on their face.

Staff is very unfriendly. My 7 year old son was doing pull ups on the caddy and as I was trying to get him to come with me and stop,(correcting him as his mother should.) a worker interrupted me and was aggressively yelling at him all the way to the elevator. The front desk lady basically was so aggressive that he ended up feeling super uncomfortable and was crying when we got into our room. I definitely won’t be staying at this hotel with my children ever again. When we got into our room the refrigerator was not cleaned out and the bathroom towels had nose burgers wiped on it which we had to notify the front desk and asked to have switched out.

Is around a bunch of shops that are not on the strip. It is close to the strip and, has a heated pool

The shower fixture required a very strong tug to turn all the way off, and the toilet was constantly running. The hallway felt dirty too

I didn't like that the shower faucet was leaking the WHOLE time, and the noise was extremely annoying. The rooms are kind of old but clean. Other than that everything was fine.

I like the fact that they have a free breakfast. It's basic but good, they have waffles and sausage plus other basic breakfast selections. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. I also like that it has a fridge and a microwave in the room. The location is good because it's across the street from the premium outlets and away from the strip but not too far either. I have an electric car and the chargers are close too, in the parking lot of the outlets.

The one girl who checked us in wasn’t real friendly, but Las Vegas can be that way. Lived there 28 years. Breakfast didn’t look appealing and danish stale.

I wish a lot of these places I stay in would remove carpet and put in vinyl flooring. It is impossible for housekeeping to keep carpet clean.

The woman that checked me in on the evening of October 27, was the sweetest lady. Also the Houseman that came up to help me with the television that night was kind and helpful.
