I appreciated being comp'd from a king studio to king one bedroom! But the room was right across from the Inn's office and in the morning - it was way too loud!

It is nice to have a little something first thing in morning left by your door. I was missing a piece of my breakfast that morning, but it was ok. The rest of the goodies made up for it.

We had a wonderful weekend, there was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were super friendly. The rooms were cozy. The guest welcome bag and breakfast room service were fabulous extra touches. We loved our time at Mill Street.

Loved cleanliness, spaciousness, amazing sheets, and perfect touches right down to the cushy towels, robes and slippers! The staff was very attentive and my delicious breakfast was delivered to my door. Loved it so much I stayed a second night!

It smelled a bit like cleaning solution everywhere since they had been closed for a week and cleaned everything that morning, however it was worth it since everything was very clean!

breakfast was delicious and location couldn't be beat. also loved that every room was a suite - so comfortable and tons of space!

Excellent location, 1.5 blocks to the Main Streets in the center. Duplex room was big and very comfortable, much better than staying in 1 room. Staff was very friendly and helpful with advice. Nice quality breakfast served to our room.

Parking was limited and difficult.

The included breakfast brought to the room was wonderful. You were able to pick from a menu each night for the next morning. The room was nice and the staff were very welcoming.

Hotel was very clean, updated, intimate, upscale, super high level of service, very pet friendly, great breakfast, coffee, and complimentary beverages! Parking on premises as well!

Room was a generous size, air conditioning was great, bed was very comfy. Location was perfect, and had parking on site for our vehicle. We also had sunny, cool, walking weather. Beautiful place and great hotel. One tip-get reservations for dinner-it was quite busy everywhere.

They delivered our breakfast of choice right to our door at the exact time we asked for it. They were so pet friendly and the location is perfect walking distance to all Newport offers - loved it!

Air conditioning units in room seem not reacting to higher temperature setpoint, keep blowing lots of cold air whole night long.

Perfect location, close to everything but still quiet. Rooms have a lot of character and individual touch. We traveled with a little pet, called to inform about that prior to reservation, gave us pet-friendly room. Breakfast is much better than your average continental breakfast.
