You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOur friends had the same "type" of room and it was VERY different from ours. Our room had an actual BROKEN/MISSING front of the pull out desk. Screen missing from the faucet, shower not fully functional and RUSTY trashcan, etc....

United States of AmericaThe hotel could definitely use a little updating. Example: Tape on the floors to hold carpet together, microwave in room was broken, bathrooms by lounge were closed. Also, the lounge seemed to close extremely early and had no entertainment at night.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We liked that it wasn't right downtown but had a shuttle. It was quiet at night when we were ready to sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We also loved the random live artists in the lobby. That's why we came to Nashville. Live music. But all in all, the staff definitely made our stay.

CanadaCarpets looked very dirty and run down. We had a assault outside our room with police presence that went on for a few hours . Hotel did not care that this interrupted our stay and made us feel unsafe. It was we will look into for you and that was it. We should of been given a free night or something as we accomodated this

United States of AmericaThe carpet in the lobby needs to be replaced as well as the lights in the hotel sign on the front. The outside of the hotel could use a pressure washing or paint job. These are definitely things that need to be addressed because it makes the hotel rundown looking and this hotel has a lot of potential
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking for hotel guests and shuttle to Broadway were a huge plus! The breakfast buffet was good just a little pricey for what you get. There is also a cool little bar with live music. I will admit I was a little scared after reading some of the reviews but all in all it was a good stay and worth the value and I would stay again. The hotel definitely needs some TLC but our room was very clean and looked as if it had been recently painted. It was a good size with comfy beds and a nice view.

United States of AmericaIt is a pet friendly hotel. Amazing for most but we have allergies. While the rooms were as clean as possible, fur was still present. I got very sick while in the room.
The location was great and staff were exceptional. There is also a shuttle that takes you downtown every 30 minutes.
