Didn't like that housekeeping knocked on our door at 830 in the morning and then again at 1030 when checkout wasn't until 11am. They should have a better way to know if rooms are checked out and ready to be cleaned, then waking people up who happen to be on vacation.

Don’t have microwaves if you’re gonna only have one microwave make sure that the microwave works. It does not work and for it to be a big hotel like that it should at least have a microwave on each floor very inconvenient to have to walk out your room to warm up your food and three and four people is standing in line to warm up their food in the microwave barely works.

There's a mismatch between the name and The actual hotel. I travel all the time but that hotel is really not a 4 start hotel. Just a big name. 3 stars yes but not more. Sugestion throw a breakfast.

There was a lot of construction in the facility, and I thought markings could have been better. I found the exercise room by accident, and then there were arrows to two wings of the hotel, neither with the name of the one I was in.

One of the people who worked the front desk messed up when charging our rooms after repeatedly explaining it to him. I was charged for two rooms instead of one and my friend wasn’t charged at all. This error ended up being a hassle to get straightened out The other staff including the front desk manager worked diligently to fix it. He gave us free breakfast, which was nice, but the breakfast buffet is horrible! We were so glad we didn’t have to pay the $17 cost pp. Food was cold, and not fresh. and it was your typical breakfast that other hotels include in your stay for free-you know that kind of breakfast.

The higher managing staff. There was an issue that I experienced and it was terrible. If there are system issue then they need to address them before hand and not wait till something happens.

The first room located in the Milwaukee building had a drainage problem that went unresolved (old plumbing configuration). We managed to get another room by the friendly, understanding staff which elevated our opinion of the stay—helping us reconsider staying here once again. Moreover there was a lack of cabinets for clothing storage. Microwaves aren’t in room and the a/c units are a tad noisy. Also the card reader’s batteries could use replacement as well as the hallway flooring in some areas.

Relatively quite and clean. Better lighting fixtures and nice television set. Pretty comfortable beds and clean sheets. Bathroom amenities were accommodating. Coin laundry is convenient as is indoor & outdoor pools in addition to gym.

Shampoo bottle in shower was not filled before our arrival, called for new towels and never received them, house-keeping woke us up by knocking on our door hours before checkout time. No free breakfast. Long walk from room to lobby.

Lotta things were kind of broken or out of order. Which I thought was very bad on their part. Like the elevator there's only one at work. They're prices or high like under breakfast, and if you want to the bar at night.

Well, they had to scramble to find me a place to stay. Because there's a Harley festival. What was in an hour? They just felt happening or empty room. Which how's glad, but it was very high-priced.

Really can’t think of any negative remarks.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Recently renovated room was a great surprise. Previous stay here was a disappointment so booked with hesitation. Will definitely be our go to hotel when we are in Wisconsin.
