Went to Dantes with my wife, i found the host to be quite blunt and a little rude. He didn't offer us a table, and when we asked he put us by the bar and said they were full. Some time had passed and we continued to notice empty tables. Eventually i very nice waiter came along and offered us one of the empty tables to enjoy our evening.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, but the staff are what make it extraordinary. Every person we interacted with was so lovely, so kind, so capable. My husband had emergency surgery and the hotel drivers would drive me to and from the hospital multiple times. They even went with me to pick up my husband at 3-30 am and drove us to the pharmacy and then waited for me there. I will never stay anywhere else in Beverley Hills. Oh and the food at the hotel terrace is delicious and that outdoor dining space stunning!

drawers were too small to hold much more than just underwear. The room they gave us faced nothing except an empty building. For $1000 a night, it should be better than that.

The light in the bathroom was turned on by motion sensors. So you needed to jump around in the middle of the shower if you wanted it on again. The air conditioning in my room could not be persuaded to go down below 73.

The room was big (very big if you are used to New York hotels). The staff was exceptional and the restaurant excellent.

I'm usually a Four Seasons girl, but wanted to try you out. From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in I was greeted by the most helpful, friendly, and extraordinary people!!!! You went above and beyond to provide service, including getting me a phone charger. You guys were over the top amazing! During my 3 days stay there I told all my friends about you and my travel agent....in fact, I am still raving about you today to everyone. What I appreciated most....no one was a mask nazi!!! You are were all so normal and nice and didn't bother those of us who chose to stay healthy and breathe fresh air. I will stay at your hotel every time I come to Beverly Hills. In fact, the 4 doctors' offices I visited while there also didn't require a mask. How reFRESHing! I have a whole new appreciation for Beverly Hills. Thank you Thank you!!

We loved our stay so much that my husband and I came back the following week with our two daughters. However, we would have loved to be moved to another room that had a better view and with a terrace. Our view was not so good so we kept the curtains closed. We were upgraded the previous week and although we weren't expecting to get a suite, we would have enjoyed it more if we had a nicer view.

The breakfast was delicious. We did not have any reservations but since we were staying at the hotel, they were able to accommodate us.

$82 for two eggs on toast and some tea/coffee is mad... However, service was so delayed day 2 they compt the second days' breakfast. A wedding was going on right outside my hotel window. The hotel is not of the same quality overall as The Connaught, Berkeley or Claridges. It does need some improvements. Mini bar not restocked daily. Movies expensive to hire given you've just paid $1200 a night for the room. Coffee offered in the room, but not tea. Decor mostly good. Not enough staff around the pool. People were complaining about the prices vs service, alot.

FOH very good. Nice SPA. Pool good for a rooftop. Dante food excellent. Hotel is in a great location. Housekeeping accommodating on timing of room clean.
