The staff was very short in response. When checking in they immediately tried to change my reservation to a less when stating I didn’t want that because I wanted to be able to sleep next to my husband they just stood there. I eventually was able to check in to my original room. I was booked in a non smoking room and the MINUTE I opened the door I was smacked with cigarette smoke. There was an empty cigarette carton in my trashcan. I then called the front office and let them know and they said “ok that’s fine” there was no help and no solution provided. The room was never actually cleaned. There was a towel I used to clean up some make up I spilt and instead of them cleaning it and replacing it they folded it back and put it where I left it just folded and still with thee make up. The tiles in the bathroom were screwed into the wall because they were falling off the wall. The beds slant at an angel and when you move the whole bed will shit away from the wall.

Food chooses on the menu too small. The hotel needs a full Continental Breakfast. a breakfast in a bag is not a good idea for hotel customer experience. Even if the menu chooses are small, it better to allow the customer to fix their own plate or make their own food selections. Minimum menu should at least offer boil eggs, cereal, fruit, milk, juice, toast, coffee and pastries. One hot main item such as cream gravy. Individual condiments such as sugar, zero sugar, jelly, peanut butter, salt and black pepper.

The room was clean and presentable. The restroom was clean. Customer service was friendly.

The roadway is very loud- the property is close to an exit off the highway and the locals are exceptionally loud while driving past.

Easy to find, close to the venue/purpose of the trip. The room was clean and kept. The staff friendly and quick check in process.

There wasn't breakfast like the website had said. I was traveling with two kids and was lucky that I just had them. Other families had more than that and we were only offered a "grab and go bag". It had a capri sun, fruit, and muffins. The site also said that they had a shuttle service and they didn't. We were there for a pretty big event and I think it would have helped a lot.

The check in lady was super nice. She greeted me with a smile and answered any questions I had. The cleaning lady was super sweet. She asked if we needed anything and really assured me that we were in good hands.

There are no convenient stores or restaurants close by if you don't have a car. Our room door didn't close all the way which made me nervous because my daughter's were with me, and the black guy at the front desk in the mornings acts like he doesn't want to be there, he's not welcoming or friendly so I don't understand why he is there.
