The wet dog smell in the room. We are happy that this hotel is pet friendly, but the smell in the room was a bit too "friendly".

The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. Cat friendly.

The staff members were friendly enough, but I felt I had to keep going back to reception to ask for things - so the service was not very helpful but in a friendly way. For example, this was towards the end of a long trip, moving around a lot, so I was aiming to do some laundry. The laundry room had a sign saying out of order, so I went to reception to ask if there was a chance it would be repaired while we were there. I was told that it was actually one out of the two washing machines and one out of the two dryers that weren't working - but they weren't sure which ones, but I could try working it out. Good news...ish....I only had a limited supply of quarters. I took a look, managed to work it out, and went to buy detergent from the machine - and then that didn't work. Went back to reception, the staff member came to take a look, suggested which drawer would work (to release the packet) then left - and I wasn't sure if she was coming back with more quarters to replace the ones I lost.....but she didn't. Managed to swap some with another quest for a couple of dollars - and buy the detergent. So, it ended well, but the help was a bit haphazard and semi-unhelpful. Another issue was that the key cards would stop working, so I had to go a couple of times to get this corrected - and wait until someone was at reception (other guests were doing the same) - and on one of these occurrences reception was closed, so there ended up being about 6 resident guests and 3 new sets of guest waiting for someone to come back to reception to be able to get into our rooms (I waited approx 30 mins).

A good enough size room - clean, but tired looking with comfortable beds. In walking distance to fast-food restaurants - which was useful as there were no coffee-making facilities in the room. Coffee was available in reception in the morning- but you had to be fast to get it....when I turned up it had run out, though they were making more (I had to ask, though).

There was no breakfast that I was aware of. There was no refrigerator in the room. The occupant(s) in the room next store starting fighting at 4 am. I tried calling the front desk and fount out the phone in the room did not work. My brother later found the phone cable had a broken retaining clip and was not connecting to phone properly. I called the front desk using my cell phone at 4:20 am a d after 15 rings, it was answered. I complained about my neighbors fighting and at 4:28, motel management knocked on their door. By then, we were up and packing to leave.

A table on each side of the bed and plug ins at each table. Second time we have had this happen, no plug ins, really a hassle.

Fast check in, good response in my concern of requesting a bottom floor room, but had to request again and they did not have the room I requested.

The street noise on the side where I stayed was quite high. It was probably much better on the other side of the property. There were no tissues or shampoo. It did not seem to be possible to change the temperature of the room, but it was ok.

A very clean room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and basic amenities. That was exactly what I needed. The price was very reasonable.

It's not a big deal, but two times I went to talk to the person on duty regarding my key card not working, he was out to lunch and then on break. The box spring had ugly stains on it.

Although the bed springs were noisy and the bed felt kind of rickety, it was actually comfortable. My daughter and I slept good. The room was clean.

Room and complex favorites are very basic. Laundry room was closed because of malfunction. No coffee or tea making facilities in room, nor refrigerator. Only comfort facility was an icemaking machine in reception area, and coffee pot while office was open.

I have never been asked for ID for all parties in the room before, tough when people are still sleeping in the car after a long day on the road and seems senseless when it is your spouse

Shower room need to be a little bigger, also the flow of water from the shower should be more too, last year the tariff was $64/- this year it is $94/- so I am concerned about it, still Motel 6 is the place where I stay for last 30 years in the USA
