The ratings were in accurate. I wish it was more accurate and the staff was friendlier priceline/booking.com said that they even called the hotel and they hung up on them.

Nothing it felt very unsafe. There were drug deals going on at homeless people everywhere. I told him I wasn’t gonna stay here and the staff said go ahead and cancel on Priceline

Place looks like a homeless camp. Extremely dirty outside. Prostitutes were everywhere standing by the rooms and in the parking lot. Visibly intoxicated people were in and out of the property.

A horrible place. No one should ever book here. They showed us a filthy, run down room with no TV, then offer a room someone had been staying in. There were no towels, a broken dirty bathtub, missing floor tiles and food on the dirty floor. We had to stay, as we took a bus to get out into this horrid location. We also we're not given any keys to the room. Prostitutes and drug addicts in the entire building. Cannot wait to send booking.com the video we took of this room. Need to get the money back.

It was filthy and run down. My room had no smoke detector, no shower curtain, no blanket or pillow case on one bed and when I asked to get some I was told they didn’t have access to provide them. The other blanket was stained and burned. Vagrants and drug addicts roamed everywhere, and I got offered fentanyl twice in a 12 hour period. I arrived late at night with no other options, left after the first morning and was unable to receive a partial refund. STAY AWAY!!

The location was riddled with hookers, drug trafficking and dark. The room was dingy, the walls were falling apart, missing floor tiles, the sink was clogged up, no TV and worst of all, bugs!

The location is horrible. It caters to a less desirable crowd. The rooms I was given were horrible. The floor was missing panels, the tub was dirty, there were no towels, the grout was coming from the wall, it smelled dirty. I actually requested a refund and left. I did not stay at the property after seeing the rooms assigned to me! I will never book there again or recommend it.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and that's it!

While the room was discussing like I said no TV I mean it's downloaded remote it's a major pain i* t** a** I don't even know Shar curtain there wasn't any garbage can there wasn't really anything that the furniture in the rooms are falling apart chunks with missing doors are missing it was discussing it was ugly that it should be condemned you should pull out of that do not work for these people it is disgusting

This motel was absolutely terrible. The room had burns and stains on the bedding, no bathroom door, the toilet was not working properly, no refrigerator in the room as advertised, the room was clean but in disrepair and the smell of cleaning products were overwhelming. The staff was unavailable. I left within 45 minutes of arriving.

This Lodge false advertising - This Lodge was disgusting, homeless people around the Lodge, rooms were nasty, mattress and walls soild with stains, the lodge did not offer bathroom towels, only one towel for three people?. I immediately checked out and requested a full refund. This Lodge should not be listed with booking.com/should not be listed on any website. The photos of this Lodge does not match, what it really look like (disgusting).

I didn't like that I couldn't get checked in because the receptionist asked me to wait for the next shift person to come in. He said he had already closed his drawer out. I waited almost an hour for somebody to Start working.

Prostitutes next door, no towel, Fire alarm ripped out of the ceiling and lying on a table. Sticky floors, and holes in the bedsheets...smell of Marijuana coming out of the OFFICEand fentanyl throughout complex.

It's the worst place I've ever stayed . I can tell they're trying to remodel and that's okay. All the homeless people that hang around the place. The young kids that are riding bikes and skateboards around. I did not feel comfortable. The other thing that bothered me is there was no remote to turn the TV on. So I went to the office to ask for one. They said they would bring me one and a hour later no remote. So I went back to the office and gave me one. It didn't work. So I went back to the office and told them that it was not working. I told the girl that it was not working. She said they'd have to find one, and I almost got the impression that good luck you're not going to get one. I thought that's it I'm done. I did not stay there I paid for it. I wish I had done my research before I made the reservation and looked at the comments. I'm so mad that I did not take pictures. I'll learn the next time , and I'll do more research. I would say don't stay at this property

The entire motel needs a complete make over! Plumbing is terrible.motel rooms flooded. Roaches running everywhere, tv didn't work. Room was filthy and not to mention the bathroom was disgusting! People doing drugs all around the hotel. Yes they had prostitution going on as well. I started in one room that was flooded no TV. Then got moved into a second room that was already occupied. Then there's a third room. No towels. TV did not have a remote control to work. Roaches running everywhere curtains were stained with water damage. Holes in the walls, microwave didn't work. Refrigerator sounds like it's going to blow up. This entire trip was a nightmare. Do not go here! I recommend that you sleep outside than pay anything for this property.

Absolutely nothing! Claimed to have a grab and go breakfast but the lobby doors they said haven't been open in 10 years. Booking.com, Expedia and Travelocity should all drop this property. It doesn't make them look good. Smh😡😡😡
