The only thing missing i guess would be an iron and board in the rooms. Rooms are great and comfortable.

The location, the cleanliness of lobby and room, and most of all the courteous staff. Will plan to keep staying there in the near future.

Good room , nice and spacious , only down fall was the pool pumps were not working time of visit so pools were dirty , and deposits are iffy, have stayed here about three times , I haven't received any Deposits back for any stays.

the lobby still isn't open and you have to check in thru the night window. there are signs that say they offer fresh morning coffee but i don't think they actually do.

Easy check in process, friendly staff and very clean rooms!! the best part of it all is that they don't charge a fee for having your pet. they DO charge a small deposit, but it's fully refundable upon check out. that's a breath of fresh air from all of the places that charge fees per night, per animal. also, there's vending machines on all floors and they're well stocked. all in all, if you're not looking for a lot of bells and whistles and would like a clean place to stay for a reasonable price, then book here.

You can tell housekeeping skipped some things when cleaning, and more than once. There were spiders and spider webs under the bed frame on the side. Cobwebs on ceiling. 2 Blood droplets on the wall. Husband cleaned the spiders and webs . I wasn’t tripping too much though. Everything else was clean. I will also say the staff doesn’t have control over their staying guest. Our neighboring rooms guest were loud all night and running and playing in the hallway. Thankfully we were so tired once we fell asleep we slept through it.

The website promised breakfast, and I barely got a cup of coffee on Sunday. That was great, but the breakfast, even as little as an orange, or an apple would have sufficed until lunch but instead, I had to go out and buy breakfast and then go again for lunch and dinner, which, of course you guys did not provide which is average but breakfast I mean come on breakfast you promised me

Room was okayish. The practices here were just weird. They don’t hold a refundable damage waiver, instead they make you wait when you checkout, send someone to check your room and then refund. Never seen that anywhere else and it’s just weird. Also, people were walking around all night, opening and closing doors and I couldn’t sleep.

The staff confused the rooms, they gave me the keys of someone else's room. Then they gave me a new room. At night when I was in bed someone tried to enter my room because they gave her my room. They called me by the phone confused because "I was supposed to be in a different room". They must improve their room management system. If this wouldn't had happened, my score would be a 9. Not 10 because it's 15 minutes of drive from downtown/El Alamo.

The room is big, the bathroom is confortable and the shower worked well. There is good wifi.

The lobby was locked down the entire time we were there which was May of 2022. I would have liked to have been able to get to the front desk rather than do everything through a little side window.

Being called about my handicapped sign and my husband and I being falsely accused of taking their television when we travel with our own extra television for gaming.

The fact that it was mostly quite for the most part until I was called by management about my handicapped sign for parking.

This is not by alamo some which is disappointing. I wouldn’t even consider this in the same vicinity but aside from the misleading location its a good place to stay for the price and comfort.

I loved the big bath/shower and big restroom. The room over all was a great size and comfy. Also was clean which is always great.
