the spot was perfect - near to the sea. A super market was very close (a safeway). very clean and comfy rooms. The people at the rception very kind. bus stops very close to the hotel (usually bus 45)

Breakfast substandard bare bones considering quality of motel, at least add a waffle maker and wheat toast, at a minimum. I ate out 3 of the 5 mornings.

There's a free breakfast but opens at 8:30am. In our last day, we have to leave early in order for us not to catch the traffic. Would be nice and helpful if the breakfast bar would open atleast 7am. There's no staff after 10pm until 8:30am.

Location is great. Close to the Fisherman's wharf and to the Golden Gate. The facility is old but clean and well maintained. There's lots of parking and it is spacious. Neighborhood appears safe and quiet, but it's San Francisco so take extra measures and don't leave any valuables in your car. Make sure it is locked properly.

Elevator out of service still. Had seen reviews that it was out of service in Jan 2024, still not fixed and given story that techs were coming in next few days. My 76 year old father had to climb 2 flights of stairs every time we went out, and we had booked for 3nights. Staff only come into reception once you are at the main desk. Breakfast was very very basic. Towels not in room on check in and not replaced when housekeeping done. Blown light bulb in bathroom for duration of stay.

Close to the bus, which drives to the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 in less than 15 minites. The room was clean and we had breakfast included. Free parking is a big plus.

The room walls were quite thin, though nothing worse than you would usually find at a motel of this kind. No working elevator, though I had picked this up from other reviews and it didn’t bother me.

Good location that felt safe and quiet. Well kept rooms with free, convenient parking. Ice machine and soda vending. Helpful staff. Basic breakfast included, however I didn’t avail myself of it. Had a really nice retro feel but without feeling old or tatty. Would happily stay again.

A refurbishment is needed and the lift is not working. The breakfast room is just a “kitchen” therefore you need to pick up your things and have the breakfast into your room.

This hotel offers a room with a minimum of comfort, a free parking place and a basic breakfast included into the price of the room. The staff is available to help you.

My room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was also great that parking was included. I wasn't expecting much for the price but this place was great. I would definitely stay here again.
