The hotel now rents out the entire pool area for kids birthday parties. We reserved a pool side room to be able to enjoy the pool on our ONE night away. The party lasted from 4-9pm. the party was so loud we had to change rooms twice. When the party ended we were not able to even use the pool due to the area being left in a disgusting mess. The pool had a nasty film on top of it and had hair floating, there were wet towels left on the ground, chairs left and laid over, toys left in the water and all around, wet soaked swim vests left hanging off on the walkway and half in the water.

The staff was amazing! Very respectful and sweet. We will be back only because of the staff!!! The beds were very comfy to sleep in and the rooms were dated but clean!

Really strange layout to the hotel. Interior rooms have no natural light or exterior windows whatsoever. All the interior rooms face a ballroom that gives Gilmore girls vibes. Breakfast was poor.

The bed was pretty comfortable, toiletries were Dove, linen appeared clean.

Any hotel that offers weekly or longer stays , has questionable areas imo . There’s one side of the hotel I was not comfortable on , but was promptly moved to the other side when asked . A lot of complaints about no hot water and beings I’ve been here 2 weekends in a row , I was thrown off that the breakfast was basically cereal or bagels this time as to we’re the last time there were many more options . Decently sanitized and pretty comfy beds for the most part .

The kids love the pool here & it has a really neat old school meets updated vibe . The hosts were very accommodating and friendly , even when I asked to switch rooms & I appreciated that . Considering the prices of other hotels & reviews in this area , you get what you pay for . Is it a 5 star hotel , no . But it worked for what we needed at the time . Pricing for the area & with an indoor pool was fair .

That when I first went to check in my sister had paid it for me but the lady at the counter was attempting to make me pay again so I literally had to call me sister from her house and wait for her to show up to show them it was paid for and the lady kept trying to refuse until my sister pulled up her bank statement then she proceeded to get her boss and whenever he sorted it out she was still acting very rude to us after

No shampoo in the room. I had to was he my hair with body soap. Man hairs in the sink from shaving. No trash can in the bathroom. Hair dryer didn't work. Coffee was horrible! Just nasty. The pool says, "heated" but was so cold!

The bed was perfectly made and comfortable. The staff were so friendly.

The tub jets are pretty black and the tub was kinda dirty. There are some ceiling tiles that also have black dirty finger prints on them. Could have been cleaner.

halls were dirty. every night there was 4-5 large garbage bags of food waste by the side entrance. it’s noisy also. continental breakfast was poor at best. no elevator! Ramada used to be nice, now it is run down.

had ants in our room, walls so thin I heard my neighbors farts (seriously) toilet didn’t want to flush, hair dryer was falling off the wall and didn’t work. none of this was reported to the staff as we were only staying for one night and didn’t want to mess with it

staff was friendly, older place but you can tell they are keeping it clean and trying. beds are comfortable and the pool felt good

online pictures make it seem like it’s a lot nicer than what it is. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where it is attached to a restaurant on one side and a salon on the other. There is no key card entry from the outside to the inside so just anyone can go in and out from the hours of 5 am to 11pm that’s not very comforting. the room didn’t smell , but there was cigarette burns on the covers and toothpaste on the mirror and faucet etc as well as makeup on the mirror with finger prints.

To much noise after 5 pm, The heater had a bad smell coming out of it so we had to go buy some spray to get rid of the smell in our room because of the heater
