Location was perfect for us and the staff seem to know who we were as soon as we walked in. Numerous restaurants in close proximity and knowledgeable staff. Bed was big and comfy and room was very quiet, especially for NYC.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. It exceeded my expectations. I was worried when I didn't spot the entrance as I approached, but it was easy to identify as I got closer and very welcoming.

There was no common area, restaurant, bar or anything like that. The sitting space in the room didn't work for more than two people, so therefore it was not really comfortable to spend time in the room. Very noisy from the nearby rooms and the hallway. Got woken up by next door neighbours showering very early every morning. The mini fridge was so noisy that we had to turn it off to sleep (and we have been in many places with fridges in the room, that never was that loud).

It is nice that it is located a bit out of the main, busy area. Easy to get everywhere, with approximately 5 minutes to nearest Subway st. Bathroom was nice, and the beds okay, but to small to be two grown adults in one bed.

A Chinese town and little Italy nearby, it’s so beautiful and interesting

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! The service is top notch, the staff is friendly and attentive. The room is clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need: coffee, tea, sugar, cream. Cleaning was done every day. The view from the window was of tall buildings, the room was quiet and warm. Although breakfast was not provided, there are many places nearby where you can buy various types of food, including healthy ones. I had a great time at this hotel and would happily return here again! I stayed at the hotel for one night. Came to Fashion Week as a model. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff are truly fantastic - helpful and attentive. I'm sure this place is worth every penny. Totally recommend!

Handling of the AC and of the window was somewhat complicated

Hotel Mulberry is very conveniently located vithin Chinatown for visiting Manhattan Downtown and Brooklyn. All staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the service and cleaning of the room.

The rooms are dated and nothing to write home about, but everything worked well and we'd stay here again for the convenience factor.

Great location in chinatown. And very quiet across from Columbus park. Comfortable beds and bottled water in the rooms was a nice touch.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was large ~ and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is vibrant and fun with plenty of great food choices, but also very quiet at night for sleeping, and it felt safe.

I only missed having the option for breakfast otherwise all good.

We really liked this hotel situated downtown and in walking distance to many attractions. The reception staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was quite big, the bed was really good and the room and bath was nice and clean. We also had a a wonderful view of the One world trade center skyline.

My only complaint is that check-in is a little too late — and check-out too early. But they will hold your luggage for you in the meantime if needed. Also, the bath amenities do not smell very good.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to very good restaurants and attractions, and isn't too expensive. Would definitely stay here again.
